Very weird and shady practices.

Very weird and shady practices..

I was on a winning streak, hit a 100 dollar bonus on a their groomer van slot, won some more and more.. then all of a sudden it stopped.

Cold streak, unnatural hands in black jack. Of course, there is no way to technically prove it, they’ll just say “even with 100% RTP you can still go on a cold streak” like yeah, that’s true.. but not like this. It’s seemingly designed to pull you in with wins and then have you chasing and chasing until you’re bankrupt.

They can say whatever they want, I don’t believe their bs. Yes you can have cold streaks even with 100% RTP, but not like this… this is very much different and you can tell it’s very much intentional. Do not be fooled by their wordplay, very smart, and they know their audience. But im not buying it im sorry.

I don't usually write reviews

I don't usually write reviews, but I've played blackjack at multiple casinos, and what happened to me at this one is unbelievable. Every time I double down against a 6 or a 5, I get a 3, 4, or 5; whenever I hit, I pull a 10. It feels like the hands are constantly designed to tilt you—like the dealer making 21 against my 20 in 40% of those situations. I ran the numbers through ChatGPT, and it told me I’d be more likely to win the lottery than to experience what happened here. Please, stay away from this casino. Every session was a loss; whenever I did manage to win something, I’d raise my bet and instantly lose it all.

Your funds are not safe on Duel!

My account was “hacked” and funds withdrawn in front of my eyes while I was playing live baccarat. Support told me to contact the authorities… I’m failing to understand how this was possible when I had security measures in place.

Response to Duel- or a more simple explanation is someone from Duel or Duel itself drained my account.

Sorry to hear this happened. If your funds were taken from your account, that means there was someone else logged into your account and you didn't have 2FA activated on your account.

2FA would stop all attempts at moving money from your account to another or any withdrawals, anyone trying to would have to have access to the device you have your 2FA on.

Re: someone else being logged into your account, there are a couple of possibilities here, most likely is that your password was very easy to guess/close to your username and was able to be brute forced - I'd also recommend checking your details with a site like https://haveibeenpwned.com/ to see if you've been involved in any data breaches. I'd also recommend changing your password on any other sites where you use the same or similar ones.

❣️ I LOVE THIS CRYPTO CASINO 5* 10/10 ❣️

I LOVE THIS CRYPTO CASINO
10/10

I have NEVER had any luck at all with any casino let alone crypto which I had never used before....
•Duel.com• has changed my opinion of casinos especially Crypto casinos

I personally have more luck on regular slots than their Duel Originals.
I've seen sooo many really bad reviews and I can't comment on what they're like for ANY of the other options apart from the Slots,

Here's a reliable tip...

Lots of people complaining about the slots and low RTP and if theyean the Duel Originals supposedly with 100% RTP, I can't entirely disagree on that one,BUT, there are heaps of other slots with various Providers that have 95% to 99% RTP.
I only know because I realised how quick and easy it is to find out urself first hand.
I always do a super quick google search if I'm playing ANY slot machine I've never played before, even if I play other slots from the same Provider I still always do a quick search to check RTP% and Game Volatility before playing a new one.
Always check the Game Providers site if u want accurate numbers random reviews provide conflicting numbers.

Since I started using •duel.com• which was only a few months ago, I have made way more than I put in.

I never bet more than $50 to maybe a $100 at a time and I won't lie sometimes I do loose, but u know when to stop.

Anyways I've maybe put in $500-$600 tops and i have won all that back+ another $1800 on top!!!

I love •duel.com•

Shameless site.

Shameless site.

Feeds on gambling addicts. What site let’s you create an account without using and email. They know exactly what they’re doing by allowing it and saying ‘we give a ****’
Don’t be fooled by this site… it’s owned by a csgo gambling site where they allow kids to play.

If you're struggling with addiction, you should immediately ask Duel's support team for a ban if you have an account on Duel. https://duel.com/#help

It clearly states in Duel's Terms of Service, which you agree to when creating an account, that you must not be a problem gambler when using the site or be included in any database of excluded players. I'd highly recommend taking a look through some responsible gambling tools https://duel.com/responsible-gaming-policy and checking out tools such as Gamban or ColdTurkey which can block casinos at a browser and device level.

Nobody underage is permitted to play on either Duel or CSGOEmpire, both have strict rules regarding being above the legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and also being above the age of 18.

Giving another review to warn all of…

Giving another review to warn all of you social casino players…. This site is unquestionably cooked. Literally dozens of other sites you’re better off playing. These guys are absolute C R OoKs. I assure you, you will not win but a handful and then they rake you for 10s of thousands without a fraction of the RTP they claim. There is not a single ounce of legitimacy on this site. Run and good luck elsewhere.

Every single Duel Original is provably fair, you don't need to trust Duel, you can prove that yourself using any 3rd party site. If you don't understand how the provably fair system works, there's a good rundown for each game here: https://help.duel.com/en/

100% RTP doesn't mean you're going to win, you're still gambling - when you gamble there is always the risk of winning or losing a lot of money, which is why you should only ever gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
100% RTP simply means that there's no house edge on the games, meaning the casino isn't taking a portion of every bet that you place, meaning your bankroll lasts longer and you're less likely to lose more over the long run, that still doesn't mean you won't lose at all though.

If you want a more in depth explanation reach out to Duel's 24/7 support team who can run through this with you: https://duel.com/#help

There's always a chance that you have long losing or long winning streaks whilst gambling. Even with Duel's 0% house edge you can still experience variance and large swings either way.

If you're asking about betting limits, you can always request an increase for those via Duel's 24/7 support team, they'll take a look and let you know: https://duel.com/#help

When you choose to gamble, you're taking a risk on whether you'll win or lose. If you did lose on Duel it's not due to the site stealing from you, it's simply luck, you can always lose or win big at any time, even on 0% house edge games.

Duel's 24/7 support team is always there to help you, if you don't like the response you get from one agent you can always ask for another, we can't refund your fairly lost bets though. Support is more than happy to run through the provably fair system with you if you need a hand with it.

Not played this site for a long time

Not played this site for a long time, but I will say is if you want a decent crypto Casino experience play on jack.com Miles better than duel.com in every way, their own blackjack actually gives you double downs that you hit, the dealer busts when you would expect, doesn’t deal itself multiple 21s and blackjacks like duel.co does, defo a miles better experience

Since this is your 4th negative review of the site I'll reply the same way I have before:

Sometimes when gambling you will lose multiple times in a row. You will also sometimes win multiple times in a row.

Duel's Original Blackjack is provably fair, if you disagree and genuinely think that it isn't then feel free to explain how it's rigged. You can use the fairness system on the site to prove that every bet you or anyone else places on a Duel Original is fair: https://duel.com/fairness

If you need help with running the code or would like an explanation reach out to Duel's 24/7 support team: https://duel.com/#help

The RTP doesn't exist on Duel

Never in my life I have ever done a review on anything. Not the product, nor the service that I've used. But this one caught my attention. Should've known better before putting my money there. Always go to trustpilot before playing with your own money, because it may cause a lot of problems especially if you're on Duel. For the past 6 months I've been gambling on many platforms and in the end of it, when you finished playing it was either a profit or being even - not a loss, not a win. This one a pure scam. I've lost over 13k euros in a single day without any decent win. From Pragmatic, to Hacksaw, Nolimit every gambling providers known to mankind - not a single win. Maximum multiplier 200x at best. Wagered? I don't even know if I managed to wager 2x of my deposit meaning it was desired to completely devour my assets. I know for sure when I see some, because I've been gambling for over 10 years, met a lot of IT specialists, who used to program and code online casino websites. You can easily code any of the games to give nothing for most of users and put max wins for other groups, close to those who own this website. Stay away from Duel, guys, and gamble with full awareness, be smart and vigilant.

Duel has no control over 3rd party provider games like the ones you mentioned. Pragmatic, Hacksaw, No Limit and all the other 3rd party providers host their games in iframes on Duel, meaning they're coming directly from those providers (feel free to contact them to verify that). The only thing that Duel has input on is asking the providers to use the highest RTP variants of their games.

Duel then gives 50% of the house edge back to the player in instant rakeback, which is based on wager amount, not losses, so you can be winning on a game and winning through getting rakeback at the same time, or save it up for a refill if you're losing.

From what you said, every other casino you gambled at you ended up either even or in profit - you should never gamble with the expectation that you're going to break even or profit, especially on slots, the house edge is there to drain you over time, its how they make their money.
That's why all Duel Originals have 0% house edge, so you can play them without worrying about the casino slowly syphoning your bankroll. You can still go on large winning or losing streaks on 100% RTP games, it just gives you that peace of mind that the casino isn't taking a portion of every bet you place.

Duel Originals are all provably fair, so you don't need to worry about manipulation, you can prove that every bet you place on them was fair: https://duel.com/fairness

Lost 200k over half a year and multiple accounts. Not a single day in profit. Bonus buys pay 1.5x at best, after bricking 30 in a row. 90% of the doubles on 11 on Bj originals lost. Hard to believe it’s just luck since other side of the variance would be getting max wins every day.

It sucks you lost, but that's the risk you take when gambling. Duel Originals are all provably fair, you don't need to believe anything, you can prove it yourself: https://duel.com/fairness
There's a full explanation of how that works for each game here: https://help.duel.com/en/

For the bonus buys you mentioned, all 3rd party casino games aren't run by Duel, they run in an iframe on the site, meaning you're connecting to the provider directly when you're playing those games, Duel just connects to them to link your balance etc.

I have been playing for years on many gambling site, but i have to say.
This one is the worst i have ever been playing.
Don’t Even dare to play the originals, i have been playing a lot on Blackjack and this is really really sus. Saying 100% rtp is so fake, i have wagered 300k€ and never won something. U can’t Even double ur money.
Everytime they get 20-21, and i get 14-16.
When u finnaly get 19-20 they managed with a 5 or 6 to go to 20 or 21. That is crazy rigged.
I have been loosing or winning on others site but on duel you will only loose so save you some Time and don’t ever play here.

Duel Originals are by far the best thing you could ever choose to play on if you're gambling. They are the only games out there with 0% house edge, 100% RTP.

They're also completely provably fair, you don't need to trust Duel or go off a 'sus' feeling, you can prove it yourself: https://duel.com/fairness

There's a full explanation of the Originals here: https://help.duel.com/en/
You can also reach out to Duel's 24/7 support team at any time with questions here: https://duel.com/#help

Going into a casino expecting to 'double' your money isn't the right way to look at gambling, you can always go on big winning or losing streaks at any time, but you should never have the expectation to win big.
If there was a reliable tactic to double your money in a casino:
1. Everyone gambling there would be rich.
2. The casino would be out of business very quickly.

Nothing's copy paste, I reply to every review individually.

Duel is by far the best place to gamble, the best games, the best content, the best environment and the best RTP. If, after knowing all of that, you make the conscious decision to lose more money by playing elsewhere, that's your call to make - that's another good thing about Duel, it doesn't lock anyone in with levels or bonuses to force them to keep playing so they unlock, every user gambling on Duel is there because they know it's the best place to be.

You're saying you have never used the site but are reviewing it 1 star because of other 1 star reviews from people who for the most part either don't understand how gambling works or don't understand what RTP means.

If you are playing a 3rd party slot under the "Casino" tab on Duel, then you're playing a game that comes directly from that 3rd party provider.

Duel has no impact on 3rd party games, all Duel does is request that they use the highest RTP version of those games. There's no way for Duel to have any impact on a game that comes directly from a 3rd party provider.

Duel also gives 50% of the house edge to the player in instant rakeback, which is far better than any other site's 'bonuses' that you might get.

Nothing has changed at Duel since its launch in terms of how bets are settled. If you thought it was good before but not now, that's simply because you're currently losing. Gambling comes with a risk of losing as well as a chance of winning.
