Starts off good but then a money pit and support follows the same unfortunate pattern. I wanted to like them and the quick turnaround on withdrawals was what kept me coming back but bonuses are non existent there piggy’s and jackpot features are total garbage. I’m always amazed how these online casinos who have zero overhead, no leases, no utility bills, no staff to pay, offer the WORST rewards and bonuses, awful RTP, and even worse customer service. I asked to be granted the $50 deposit bonus as I made it in three deposits not one singular deposit (I’m still a fairly new customer) and was told no and then the agent really tried to imply that the system automatically does it and he can’t grant it….. yea ok if your casino is that stringent and won’t let an employee grant a bonus or comp then no thank you. Fair point that some of this need’s backup rather than just my opinion, so let me take time out of my day to reference facts as it relates to my experience.
First off, my ‘whole argument’ doesn’t actually contain a single ‘remark’ you claim I made ….. rigged, scam, deception, land based is better, crash is crashing are literally all made up by you. Your words, not mine so I'm not sure how to even respond but here we go.
I'm not ”upset” and I am not disputing whether bonuses are guaranteed or not. The negative experience where other casinos excel compared to yours was in the support itself. Agents usually have the ability to override in the moment and many times I have encountered that experience when contacting support. Not only was the agent not willing to grant the bonus, even though I had achieved the deposit dollar amount, and had a string of bad luck that day, the copy and pasted responses that didn’t match my actual questions, and the rushed and standoffish tone in their communication was the bulk of my gripe and where other casinos simply offer a better experience. The agent was super helpful in assisting me with closing my account though. Yes, piggy and jackpot feature are only 5% of bonuses you are probably correct on this. They are still garbage and didn’t yield any actual substantial bonus for me and in fact prevented me from withdrawing due to a substantial wager requirement. The other ‘long list’ didn’t yield anything either and in actual game play, I didn’t hit a single ‘game based’ bonus on any games if that makes sense. Crash game: My complaint was about a specific stretch on 7/18, where 13 of 14 rounds crashed under 2x and most crashing under 1.5x that wiped out a good portion of my bankroll and was why I requested the bonus in the first place. We all are very much aware that RTP is measured over a much larger sample than one session blah blah blah blah, so I'll concede that reads more like bad variance than a systemic issue but I was including it for context, not as proof of anything ‘rigged’ P.S. still didn’t use that word, you did.
AI Support, infrastructure, and passive aggressive review moderating are real costs and I overstated that. What I meant was that the bonus and reward structure felt light relative to deposit volume, not that the business runs cost-free and if I can deposit the same amount at a physical casino and get a lot more rewards, freeplay, and hotel stays, I just assume do that. They also don’t accuse me of saying things I didn’t say and have on more than one occasion, reinstated a freeplay offer if I missed it or added some if I had a bad run. Again you’re free to do what you want, others just seem to do it better, in my opinion. My ‘thoery’ that many reviews here have only reviewed you isn’t a theory and a simple check of a random sample of your reviews will confirm that to anyone reading this. I also just said it was suspicious, not an indication of anything. Social giveaway claim was based on scrolling months of your Instagram/social feeds without seeing a tagged winner or any picture of a check or anything to claim a jackpot payout. If those posts exist and I missed them, send me a link and I'll correct the review. I am sorry I had a negative experience with bitstarz too, and your passive aggressive almost accusatory tone speaks for itself. As I stated I enjoyed the quick turnaround on withdrawals and really wanted to like it but I didn't.
