I purchased a PlayStation key on Driffle, but the code was already redeemed before I received it.
I provided Driffle with official proof directly from PlayStation Support showing the exact timestamp—confirming the key was redeemed on 25/08/2026 at 18:45:32 GMT, well before my purchase attempt.
Instead of issuing an immediate refund, customer support spent over a week looping my ticket between 5 different agents (Allen, David, Peter, Will, Logan), sending automated template responses and fake 24/72-hour delay promises. Now, they have stopped responding to my ticket entirely.
Zero refund, zero replacement key, and complete ghosting after providing official manufacturer evidence. Avoid this store.

It was easy to check what game I was buying and the details so I could buy a game that worked in my region and so on. When I clicked the purchase button it also made me check 3 boxes so I was sure it was the correct game. The checkout took some time but that's probably just because my internet sucks

Em! At first it was confusing because it’s my first time and afterwards it became more clearer and even when I felt it was worse and wrote to the customer care they acted accordingly 🥰
