Thanks to other reviews, we were fairly confident that the product would meet our expectations. on that front we were very happy, although the vacuum didn't arrive in the original box it was well packaged and looked all but unused.On Wednesday evening my wife was expecting another package only to find the vacuum sat on the doorstep, it was raining but luckily the item was left under the soffit so wasn’t wet. When I checked our camera, the courier had delivered it at about 7pm the previous evening, so had been left there for about 24 hours, the driver knocked on the door and just walked off and left it, we have a porch so didn’t hear it at all and no email to say it had been delivered. We live on a busy road so we were surprised the item wasn’t stolen, luckily it wasn’t and all ended well.
Very happy with our purchase other than this.

Amazing prices and service

Although the batteries don't have the same labels as my old Vax one,they charge and work fine. 2 batteries cost less than one from Vax. Win, win!

Ordered a Hoover HF1 Max Cordless Vacuum Cleaner , it came a couple of days later , the price was great and the hoover is excellent , would recommend this company to others

The price was ok and the battery was great in the beginning as it was delivered fully charged, but when it died and I put it back on charge for over 24 hours it wasn't 100% charged and when I used the battery it only lasted about 15 minutes after I used it, I did use it at full power for about 5 of the 15 minutes, so I'm not overly satisfied with it, so now just wondering how long before this one dies!!

I am about to instigate Court proceedings against this company who have failed to deliver my order for over a month now, it has not even been shipped. I believe they are trading fraudulently, publicly misrepresenting goods for sale that they do not have (they are unable to explain why they have not even shipped my order) and continue to obfuscate. From now reading the reviews I am not the only one to experience this it seems. Either way, this misrepresentation/fraudulent trading is an offence in law.
