Had 2 items missing from my order
Had 2 items missing from my order. Contacted them to tell them this and they responded with having done a full investigation on their warehouse automation they are confident it was correct. I don’t appreciate being called a liar however politely it’s put. I then said can I return the order which they agreed to but said I would only be refunded for the items returned. Obviously I cannot return the missing items so I’d have a refund less the missing items. Really poor service. My option is return and get refunded less the missing items or spend more money buying the missing ones! At a high postage rate! Either was I lose out.
