Refused refund after sending mislabeled shirts, not the linen described
I ordered two shirts on 9 July 2026 (order #3584). The product page described the material as "Leinen" (linen), but the shirts I received were clearly synthetic — nothing like linen in feel or appearance. The hood cord colour was also different from the product photos.
Neither shirt had any legally required textile label showing fibre composition — only a size tag. Under EU textile labelling law, that's not optional.
I formally cancelled the order under my EU consumer withdrawal rights and requested a full refund. Instead, customer service offered a series of alternatives designed to avoid refunding real money: a paid replacement, a 10% partial refund while I keep the items, a 100% store credit voucher, then a 40% partial refund, and finally a return option to an address in China with a 15% "restocking fee" deducted. A full refund was never given.
The company's own registration is in Hong Kong with a warehouse in China, and no EU-based responsible contact is listed despite marketing in German to German consumers. Be cautious ordering from this shop.

Plastic china shoes that they take 10+ days to arrive. Costumer service yapping to much without helping much . And like it wasn’t all enough , you have to pay your OWN refund in case u don’t like /fit one parcel .
