It's a good service. I had multple orders with them and I've noticed that lately, the delays have been increasing, but nothing unacceptable so far.

Paid for express delivery, one week later still haven’t received my order. No info, just says order processing

Order made over week ago.Still standing as " processing" zero possibility to contact this copany. After many mails sent (no other way to reach) there is no answer to any of them. This is weird as this is my 4th order and always everything went smooth.Now im being ignored and 50eu less in my pocket.Stay away....

I paid a lot for fast delivery but my order is still "pending" days after it was meant to arrive. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch but zero response; have not even received a receipt of payment. I understand there can be delays but the complete silence is infuriating.

I originally left a scathing message on here impluring people to never order from this business, however, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order today. Mind you, they are very difficult to get in contact with and do not allow you to make changes to your order even seconds after you have made it. The website has lots of bugs and glitches, but as I stated, I ended up receiving my order quicker than I would have expected. In truth, I did not expect to receive my order at all and am pleasantly surprised. I might consider ordering from them again.

They have failed to refund 90 Euros to the account pakuv769duck.com. originally they requested the purchaser to update the delivery address. Unfortunately their website doesn't allow for the change, furthermore it is not possible to reach out to their customer service via their contact form.

Very dissapointed. Paid for next-day delivery, the order wasn’t even processed on the next day. Also very long response times. Will be a miracle if I eventually get the order

I ordered and the goods arrived after 4 days.
When I had another question, my question was answered the same day. It really doesn't get any better.

The parcel did not arrive. I told them and they replied they it had been delivered. They sent me a tracking link as some kind of proof and when I opened the tracking info, DHL had written that it had been returned to sender because they could not read my address in the label. 4 days ago, I wrote again to point this out to them. They have replied, saying it was returned becasue my address was not clear to DHL and I must pay for delivery again. The address was a commercial fulfilment centre where DHL in fact collect and drop off 2 times per day. They should simply send the parcel again immediatley, but they reply slowly and never with any promise of positive action to get my my parcel.

Ordered on Wednesday. By Friday stated the medications were being dispensed and was provided a shipping tracking number. It is now one week later, Wednesday and the item has not shipped. And this company makes it impossible to actually make contact with them. I know the convenience is tempting but this site is a scam. I paid for one day shipping. Prescription was approved and “dispensed” within in 24 hours. There is no excuse for taking €600 and then going silent.

After reading some reviews here, I was honestly hesitant to place an order, but my experience was as follows:
I ordered Ozempic 0.5 mg and in the moment of order, I encountered a problem with the website, which showed that the order was not place, but my payment was done.
After a few minutes, I received an email with the order update and the order was in the system and I could follow up.
After it, it took only one day. The next day, the medicine was delivered to me with all the conditions met.
It is more expensive than when you buy in the pharmacy, but for some rare medicines it might be worth it.
For me it was a positive experience in overall.

I've been harrassed with spam SMS marketing for months, each time I opt out and I have emailed them multiple times to tell them to stop, even blocking their number doesn't work. This is very frustrating and a blatent GDPR violation.

I only have to give 3 stars because: the previous order from August never arrived due to a delivery error that was not mine. After 2 and a half months I managed to get a partial refund (I was reimbursed for the order and not for the shipping I never received nor for the medical prescription I never received... paying for what?). Even though last March and this November the shipments were perfect, last time not only did I not receive the product but I wasted 40 euros on a shipment and a recipe that never arrived. For the product you still deserve 3 stars, we will see in the future if the one in August was just a coincidence.

Ich habe Finasterid 1 mg der Marke Ratiopharma bestellt, wie auf ihrer Website gezeigt, und sie haben die Produkte von 'Bimbo' versandt. Wenn Sie online suchen, kosten 96 Tabletten von Bimbo 40-50 Euro weniger als von Ratiopharma. Das ist offensichtlich Betrug! Seien Sie vorsichtig! This is the biggest scam I ever met at online shopping in Germany. I ordered Finasterid 1mg with brand ratiopharma, as shown on their website, and they shipped the products from "bimbo". If you search online, 96 tablets from bimbo cost 40-50 Euro less than from ratiopharma. This is obviously scam! Be cautious! I would suggest never try such a company which behaves like this. They did it once, they will always do it. Dishonesty is something you should neve forgive regarding online shops.

Attention to all potential buyers: Pay close attention to the phrase "For illustration purposes only" under each product image. This is a clear indication that you're not guaranteed the specific product shown. Despite the name "Deutsche Medz", don't be misled into thinking you'll exclusively receive German products. You might end up with items from India or any other stock they have on hand. What's more, they'll charge you as if you're getting the premium German product. Shop with caution.

All was good. I placed an order on Monday morning and Tuesday morning (the next day literally) I received my order. I think I will be using this service again. However, I wish they provided more updates about the status of the order. I only got the message, that it has been approved by the medical staff. But since I got my order the next day, I have nothing to complain about
