Very disappointed in customer service
I am a long term client (4 years) and have been very happy with the variety and quality of clothing I’ve received until this last box. Two of the nine items I received were actually a size small but the Daily Look tag said they were a large and one other top was so wrinkled I had to steam it to be able to try it on. I really liked one of the mis-sized items but customer service said there was no way to get me the correct size. I kept 4 items, so overall I liked the box but I was VERY disappointed in the response from customer service.

Excited to try new looks!
I’ve received two boxes so far, and I am VERY PLEASED with my experience! The very first box I received I only kept one item, but this was because my stylist Marca was flying blind and had no knowledge of my style preferences. However I gave her detailed feedback after that first box, and my second box came and I kept all but two items, and loved it! I got some pieces that I would never have chosen for myself in a store, but I tried them and loved them!! I find myself now anxiously awaiting each new box!

I LOVE getting my DailyLook box- maybe too much! The clothes are always high quality and an excellent fit. There's always something that I wouldn't have chosen for myself that I fall in love with. Fast fashion slop chosen by AI bots
Everything the “stylist”/AI bot chose for me was literally the opposite of what I said I like, e.g. the items were super frumpy, boxy, and there was so much beige and white. It was all fast fashion slop, poorly made with cheap fabrics and no sense of design. Truly, I would have had better luck randomly choosing 5 things from a rack at Goodwill. I’m amazed this company has return customers, and I definitely don’t trust that all of the positive reviews are from real people.
