From the very moment i walked in even with a language barrier i was i good hands. The first front desk lady knew no english so i used my phone translater, and she sent me back to wait for the doctor. The actual doctors assistant came in apx 20 mins later. She tried very hard to speak to us in english and i thought that it was very nice. She helped me get in when i actually didnt have an appointment. The doctor was very nice, listened to my concerns, spoke english french and itailan. Helped me with my perscriptions, and i made a follow up visit for about 10 days after. I couldnt be in better hands. I am an American expact.

Totally pleased with my first experience
I couldn’t speak Italian very well, but the doctor kindly helped me in English. He was very available, responsible, and attentive. It was also easy to use the app for further prescriptions.

I’ll give this a 5 star. Why? Because i was able to communicate everything to my doctor without hassle plus its better than waiting at her studio.
