The person that demonstrated the device was very thorough and knowledgeable. Once I received the device, the phone demo was well organized and helped me work through some connection difficulties. The device itself has worked flawlessly for the most part except connection issues with my phone (an android issue).

From the time the representative attended my physical therapy session to the delivery of the product and follow up of adjustments, I believe the experience was wonderful.

My son is so happy as he prefers the Bioness over the traditional brace.

Having MS my left leg is affected with drop foot and knee hyper extension. They have worked wonders for my mobility.

Our Bioness contact people were (are) amazing!!! We received such prompt and excellent help with our numerous questions. We couldn’t have had better support. The devices, themselves, are also amazing….making it possible ( after many falls), for our daughter to now walk without fear of tripping herself! What a huge blessing!!!

As far as the bioness for the leg, it does its job. But the one for the hand doesn't fit properly & when we tried to contact them to ask questions we got no response or no answers. Even our therapists tried to reach out. Nothing. It was great communication in the beginning up until we got the equipment. You have to do better to get better results.

First of all, Sydney Atkins was great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Customer tech support was very helpful and always available to help. The Biones cuff works, its that simple. It does take time to get used to and you may have to try different positions to get the full effect. Alot goes into on how its gonna work for you. Muscle fatigue, correct positioning, keeping the unit charged and contact pad wet, all have a factor on making your drop lift and move forward. You need to be patient so you can achieve it's maximum support. All that being said, I totally recommend the Bioness cuff.

Whenever I wear it along time it bothers my knee

I love the fact that I don’t have to wear an afo anymore!! I can even move my ankle!! It’s comfortable and like to wet the pads every 3 hours, works out better for me than 4 and doesn’t dry out. Great product!!

Everyone was very responsive and helpful! The device is working great.

2 nurses tried to help me. Both were good.
Their knee caps are for a different problem. I have beginning Parkinsons.
Their device helped slightly but not enough for the cost & set up work.

Excellent customer service for the initial visit and the followup virtual help session. Financial staff processed everything efficiently. Staff followed up to make sure everything was going well. The device has already helped my walking stride in just 3 months of use and I look forward to continued improvement

Very helpful tech department

Sales and training were great. The device is not perfect thing for my situation. It does help with lifting my foot. It works best for me when I’m walking or playing golf. Not so good when making many small moves like when cooking

I started using the Bioness L300 system shortly after it first came out. I used the device on my left leg as that is the foot I was diagnosed with drop foot in. In 2006 when I received my first device it did decrease my falls to a degree. I wore the device daily as recommended but did not like the fact that stimulation was so concentrated through two round hydrogel electrodes. This year I applied for and received a new new L300 Go system and the best part they were able to get me a system for my right foot too! The reps I worked with were unsure why they never tried the L300 for my right foot before but now I have a unit for that foot.

Bioness has great customer service and staff members are knowledgeable about the products. They are always willing to help!

I thought the staff were very caring, knowledgeable and helpful. The product seems to work well. Although I think it may not work all that well for me because my nerve damage seems to have progressed too far. I think I might have been a little too excited and hopeful that it would work for me and did not necessarily make the best choice.
