Appalling communication
Took my money and got no acknowledgement via email or receipt, I had to contact them to get an acknowledgement of my purchase to which they replied that they did. Still no receipt or invoice or tracking number and definitely no product so far. worst communication I have received from an online purchase... they could learn a lot from Ali express.

Riding back from the Belgian classic in Gedienne, last Tuesday, when my Speedo cable failed, I stopped, phoned Gutsibits and ordered a replacement, the next day when I got home from work, it was waiting for me! Excellent service, top banana!!!
