Pan is not non-stick!
Pan looks great and was non-stick for the first month. After that, all food keeps sticking to it. When I contacted the helpdesk to claim warranty, I had to go through a lot of steps before they would send me a new pan. The same happened with the new pan they sent. They don't give you your money back, only a new product after a lot of hassle. Definitely do not recommend.

Het spijt ons te horen dat u problemen ervaart met uw kookgerei. Dit probleem is eenvoudig op te lossen! Mogelijk heeft zich een laagje aangekoekte olie op de pan gevormd, dat een barrière vormt tussen de pan en uw voedsel. Hierdoor bakt u eigenlijk op de olielaag in plaats van op het oppervlak van de pan zelf. Deze laag is niet altijd zichtbaar. De volgende reinigingsmethode is zeer effectief en kan worden toegepast wanneer u vlekken of aanbakken opmerkt. Voor het beste resultaat raden wij aan deze methode twee keer te herhalen. Daarna kunt u de pan weer gewoon afwassen met afwasmiddel en een spons. Vul de pan voor de helft met water en breng dit gedurende ongeveer 2 minuten tegen de kook aan (zachtjes laten sudderen). Giet het water af en zet de pan op een stevige ondergrond, zoals een houten snijplank. Gebruik voorzichtig een vochtige melamine-spons op het warme oppervlak om overtollige olie of etensresten te verwijderen; dit zou het probleem moeten verhelpen.

GreenPan is not able to solve a simple customer problem. I bought the Frostgrey from eBay without a rotating panel. They are not able to send the item to my cost- without a warranty claim to me. That's a very poor Service and i will get a better Maschine from Ninja with a better service

Excellent pan with outstanding heat distribution and truly non-stick performance. What impressed me even more was the customer service: a minor cosmetic issue on the rim was reported, and within hours a replacement was already on its way. Fast, professional, and focused on customer satisfaction. This is how premium products and premium support should be.

I love the colour and style of my new…
I love the colour and style of my new pots. Very modern and no toxic chemicals. Even the lids do not collect water at the joints on the crews, so well thought through.
However I wish all pots and pans came with lids, but the largest pan does not have one. One pan had a chip, I reported it to customer service and they sent over a new pan within a few days.
