Super easy to use online. Delivery was 2 days which was very fast.Great price and a nice wine.

Website said delivery is $9.95, charged at twice that AND would ship next day. Ordered Thursday shipped Tuesday.

I've recommended this to friends. Lots of variety to bid on. The overseas wine is super cheap.

Collection-only items should be clearly and separately labelled, not mixed with other listings in a way that causes confusion. There was no clear indication that this item was available for collection only. I found the listing misleading and lost money as a result of bidding.

My experience with customer support was extremely disappointing. My concerns were not given proper consideration, and no reasonable resolution was offered.

Buyers, please exercise caution and review all listing details carefully before bidding.

Easy to bid, easy to watch the auction progress, organising the release after winning was a little clumsy but we got there , very, very happy.

Went to collect my items during the hours stated, there was no way to access the warehouse to collect my items. There was no one around to ask, nor any sort of direction saying where to go. Still havent be able to collect my items.

Said freight free, but was not at checkout. Bought anyway....

Thoroughly enjoyed the exhilaration of the auction experience. Got frustrated when some of the "more valuable" items continued past the close time which appeared to be on purpose !
Tried to find out more about the origins of the items but email not responded to.
Packaging exceptional.

Quick, easy and no hassles or delays

Poor customer service. Requested managerial input and was ignored.
Items descriptions are purposely manipulated to highlight non key words , with bold lettering /wording highlighting deceptive aspects that imply functioning . Vague descriptions - no mention of actual damage just "may not be in working condition " . Deceptive and dismissive practice that should be outlawed .

First time l have placed a bid on a vehicle. I found grays auctions to be professional and very helpful in guiding me through the process of buying and picking up the vehicle. I would recommend grays auctions and in future will buy through grays . Thanking you .

I’m very disappointed with the wine I’ve open 3 out of 12 and they have been off and the caulk breaks very disappointing

I spent 2 hours in anxiety bidding on a car after not having one since november last year. I win the bid, take the time off work to go collect and the next day get a phone call stating "sorry we accidently reposted this car, its not available as it was sold 2 months ago". No offer of a similar car, no offers of support just having the bid i won pulled from me. Do not recommend bidding on anything here.

When face to face in Perth I enjoy the people who I deal with from the front counter to the yard.
