Great service
The service from the store was first class. The ordering process was simple, lots of options available and delivery was within a couple of days.

Individual components are good quality…
Individual components are good quality and delivery was exceptional. The only issue is that it is not as sturdy as advertised even with the extension kit and after using it for about two/three weeks I feel like it’s becoming more and more unstable.

One of the few great independent businesses left in the world
I have bought a few things from gravity fitness and each and every time the have exceeded expectations. The products are fantastic and the customer service is excellent. I could not say a bad word about them. 5 stars is not enough. Will buy many many more products from them

I think the pull up bar is exceptional...didn't think it would work as well as it did...really impressed and I can move it around easily with no screws!
