Everything was just in good order and easy to find and come to, there were help if you needed it, the traffic was also smooth with only a feel places with traffic jams. Stats were also good and was as expected😁

I would not recommend booking through this company.

I purchased two F1 tickets together because the company clearly states that tickets bought in the same order will be seated together. However, when I received my tickets, the seats were not even in the same row.

I contacted customer support several times, expecting them to correct the mistake. Instead, they repeatedly told me to “just swap seats with other people at the event.” This is not a solution and certainly not what I paid for. There is no guarantee that other spectators will be willing to move, and customers should not be expected to fix a problem caused by the ticket provider.

The most disappointing part was the customer service. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a proper resolution, they simply repeated the same response over and over.

If a company advertises seated-together tickets, they should deliver what they promise or make it right when they don’t. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

All went great. Tickets delivered on time, perfect communication with staff. Great food and a lot of fun :-)

The F1 weekend in Austria was an absolutely incredible experience! The organization at the Red Bull Ring was top-notch – logistics, fan zones, and the overall infrastructure were flawless. The atmosphere in the grandstands is truly unmatched. I highly recommend it to any motorsport fan!

It was really easy to get a F1 ticket from the website. I chose our spot based on the pictures that showed me what can we expect to see from there. This is a great feature. From that it was quite easy and quick to secure my ticket.

Well organised event, 10/10 experience, very well put, everything is on time, shows are well, workers were nice. Had the best birthday on Sunday/ race day! would come again.

My trip to the Red Bull Ring was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all my expectations. The entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end.

Everything was exceptionally well organized. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and professional. Whenever I needed information, I received accurate and timely assistance, which made the whole event even more enjoyable.

Although the weather was extremely hot during all three days, it did not negatively affect my experience at all. On the contrary, the atmosphere, the organization, and the excitement of the event made it an unforgettable weekend.

Even the departure, which I expected to take a long time because of the large number of visitors, was managed very well. The waiting time was completely reasonable and never felt frustrating or difficult.

Overall, I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was organized to a very high standard, and I would like to thank everyone involved for creating such an amazing experience. I will definitely be happy to visit the Red Bull Ring again in the future.

everything went great , tickets bought almost 7 months before race , recived regular updates and tickets arrived as promised , 7 days before race .

Attending the Formula 1 race in Austria was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was incredible, the fans were full of energy, and hearing the cars live is something you simply can’t describe. It was an amazing weekend filled with excitement, great memories, and maybe a little too much sun! I’d love to win a prize so I can do it all over again.
