My order was lost,l live in a Mobil home park and getting deliveries is not consistent. I was tracking an order and it said it was delivered on August 10 l reached out to Sharmaine who responded super quickly and helped me figure things out! I really appreciate how quickly Sharmaine got back with me So HELPFUL!!

This is the biggest crock of garbage. Scam and does not work. I am 3 bottles in and absolutely nothing. Im as white as a ghost. Do not buy!!

I was excited to order the glow drops as I feel so much better when I'm tanned but hate the fake tanning experience! I had some issues with my shipping but Jane from the support department was so helpful and sorted it out so quickly. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to take the drops evey morning in my tea. Could hardly taste it. I've been taking it for 2 weeks and can see some warmth in my face. Not too much on my legs/ arms but hopefully they will develop after a few more weeks 🤞🤞

I made an order (which takes awhile to get) for medium drops and the system defaulted to lightest glow up shade at submission. You call- they say no worries, we will send you the correct product. After over 10 emails I am told the 30 day refund policy DOES NOT cover sale or bundle items. Im stuck with a product I didnt want and will not use. It taste horrible!!! $70.00 lost. And lots of future business as per they are scammers!!!!

Ive only been using glow drop for a week and can honestly say they are working.i went for the medium,so pleased so far with the results.
No more creams for me,glowdrops all the time.

Amazing customer service, I had a query and the customer service got straight back to me within minutes! I can’t wait to use their products 5⭐️

Been using them for a couple of weeks now and honestly, absolutely no difference to my skin whatsoever. It tastes nice, (watermelon) and no aftertaste other than that. The bottle pipette is quite leaky and doesn’t make it easy to get the full 1ml so you have to do it a few times. I wouldn’t bother though. I’m still very pale (my friend actually just asked me if I’m ill!). It also took 3 weeks to arrive which was longer than I expected.

I absolutely love Glowdrop! I am naturally fair/med complexion, and it gives me a gorgeous glowy, even tan. Hannah is amazing, super helpful, great response time and friendly! I have already placed my second order so I never run out! 💗☀️

Sharmaine helped me greatly when I clumsily put my wrong address. She checked back in when my package was delivered to confirm I received it- what a gem! So excited to try out glow drops :)

I ordered 3 bottles of Glowdrop and when I received them I had some questions. So I emailed them right away and Sheila from customer service emailed me back the same day and answered all my questions. Customer service is wonderful with this company. I am waiting on how the drops work since I just received them but thank you Sheila for all your help and patients.

I’ve been using the GlowDrop tanning drops and so far I’m really loving them! They’re super easy to use and convenient to add into my daily routine. A special mention to Sharmaine, who was so helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. She also gave me some really helpful tips, which I really appreciated. I’m excited to keep using the drops and see more beautiful results over time! ✨

I’m still relatively new to Glow Drop, so I haven’t been using it long enough to comment on the results just yet — but I already have so many positive things to say!

Firstly, I absolutely LOVE the taste. It’s delicious, and the simplicity of adding it into my daily routine is a huge win for me. I have two kids under three, so life is BUSY, and I don’t have time for complicated routines or products that are difficult to stick to. Glow Drop fits into my lifestyle so easily, which means I can actually be consistent with it. And I truly believe that with consistency, the results will come!

Shipping did take a few weeks, which was a little longer than I expected, but honestly, the customer service more than made up for it. I had a question about dosage, so I emailed an enquiry and Ellaine replied within literal minutes! She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was incredibly helpful.

The customer service from this company is genuinely next level. You can tell that they actually care about their customers, and that kind of customer care is becoming harder and harder to find.

I’m excited to continue my Glow Drop journey and see what the results are with more time and consistency. 💕
