Easy to use site that gives you plenty of choose where you want to spend your money

I have been using this redemption site for several months and i am quite happy to give them a very positive review. They have a wide selection of gift cards to choose from and they come instantly from when i apply.

The first time I encountered an issue when I redeemed a gift card but was showed that it could not be displayed for a few days. I contacted Giftbee for a solution. Natalie responded and advised that it was a system issue which was being addressed now but no definite timeline available. This ensured my confidence of the procedure I took. To my surprise, she updated the case daily until it has been rectified and I was provided a link to proceed with the redeem process. This approach has greatly enhanced the services when a hiccup occurs. Greatly appreciated.

Great selection and voucher minutes delivery to email.

I like it but its hard to find as there is no app for it . I tried to google it and ended up finding the email as i couldnt remember the correct spelling of the name . Natalie was very friendly and after emailing her she was a great help in helping me retrieve it.

A trusted and reliable site for gift cards. My only gripe is, unlike all other sites, they don't have any alcohol shop gift cards which I like to use for buying gift packs for celebrations.

This was the first time I have used GiftBee and I made a mistake. I sent an enquiry to them on a Sunday only to find their operational hours are Mon-Fri 9a-5p. Monday morning received an email responding to my enquiry and coming up with a solution. Pays to create an account with them. Excellent customer service. Thanks especially to Natalie.

My experence was great because the old company used to take many weeks even months to get back to a email or call there wernt intersted in helping in my opinion this time i had a issue less than a week later its all fixed i like that king of service were pll actuly care ive been a member for over 5 years so its good to see progressive movement in the company makong life easier than it was the lady was nice and proffessional too give her a pay rise its ppl like the lady who rang to calm down a annoyed cpustimer she did great.

Being able to check out as a Guest meant I could access my Gift Card in 2 - 3 steps and EASILY save to my Apple Wallet! I have had many experiences accessing Gift Cards, but this time around was the simplest by FAR!!
