**One of the most frustrating, stressful, and disappointing professional experiences I have ever faced.** with AUS- PR Process!!

I trusted GIEC Global with my hard-earned money by paying complete professional fee inclusive of tax and timely provided my personal documents, for an important immigration journey. However, my experience after payment has resulted in significant mental stress, anxiety, and a complete breakdown of professional trust and relationship with this company!

CAUTION! - The terms of the signed agreement were clear, but despite this, I feel that my concerns regarding the agreed process and refund obligations have not been handled in the professional and transparent manner I expected.

What has been most disappointing is the repeated inconsistency with unprofessional arrogant tone, condescending cues in communication, faulty different information with regards to processing dates and handing of my case file, providing different level of understanding by each representatives, muting calls for long time, providing no concrete updates, fake assurances made during calls that were not followed through, and the lack of clear resolution despite multiple attempts to communicate.

The level of attention and responsiveness before payment was very different from what I experienced afterwards. This has left me feeling extremely let down after placing my trust in the company.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering GIEC Global carefully reviews all available information and understands the importance of receiving clear written confirmation of all commitments before proceeding.

I am also documenting my experience across social media and relevant public platforms to raise awareness, so that future clients can make informed decisions and avoid experiencing the same level of frustration, stress, and disappointment that I have faced.

I sincerely hope GIEC Global takes this matter seriously and addresses it in accordance with the signed agreement and professional standards expected from an immigration consultancy.

They are organized financial criminals. A bunch of fraudsters, scammers and dishonest people with no common sense at all.
They don't fulfill the promises neither properly communicate
