I have ordered twice from this site, a month ago I ordered a massage mat and last month 2 more products everything was fine and everything arrived. At the beginning of this month I ordered another product, everything was paid for, I received an email that the order had been received and that was it, since then there has been no response or update on the shipment. I have sent a few emails but no response. I hope this shipment will arrive soon but I am not sure I will order anything from this site again.

Total scam payed for subscription was sent login details that are invalid spent at least an hour on the WhatsApp and got no where gave up in the end do not use these as you will lose your money

Terrible service. Placed an order and payed immediately. From there on no contact with or from Genius is possible. The phone number does not work and the contact forms are not replied. I have made numerous attempts. My order still shows in progress. Do not buy here! I do not know how I will get my money back even since they are unresponsive.
