The GFP powder is a fantastic product but their businesses practices are very poor.
The GFP powder is a fantastic product. However, the company advertise the products on their website as inclusive of taxes. That price is then charged at checkout, despite the fact that the taxes vary from country to country even within the EU they charge the same. For us in the UK it means that we are paying the price quoted on the website which includes taxes, but in addition, we are then charged 20% VAT once it enters the UK.
Despite contacting the company and asking nicely for an explanation, they have ignored my requests. Having done some research it would appear they may be doing something called “EU-price matching trick”. I have asked for a refund of the taxes which they included in their advertised price but nothing from the company.
I am truly disappointed as I love the product, but find their businesses practices fall far short of what I expect from a company selling health supplements.

thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you value the Good Feeling Power as a product, but we are sorry that your experience with the ordering and import process was disappointing.
We would like to clarify that Good Feeling Products did not charge German VAT, Malta VAT or EU VAT on your UK order. Your invoice shows 0.00 EUR tax. Therefore, no German VAT was collected by us on this order.
For deliveries outside the European Union, such as to the United Kingdom, import VAT, customs duties and courier handling fees may be charged separately by the local authorities and/or the carrier upon import. These charges are not collected by Good Feeling Products and are outside our control.
The wording “including taxes” in the storefront/cart is a general shop display wording. The actual tax treatment is determined during checkout based on the delivery country and is also reflected on the final invoice.
We understand that this may have caused confusion and we regret that the communication was not clear enough in your case. However, we must also clarify that Good Feeling Products did not charge you VAT twice and did not collect any German VAT on your UK order.
