I bought a cage from this firm
I bought a cage from this firm. It stated in the description that a 28cm hamster wheel could be fitted into it making the cage good for guldhamster. When the cage arrived, there can absolutely not be a 28cm wheel into it. There was a whole lot of messages back and forth from customers relations and they made no statement I could have my money returned if I sent the cage back. Gnavernes Univers refused to accept that they had not told me I could get my money returned on returning the cage. They even so haven’t taken and adjusted the description of the cage so it fits the correct description. a clear case of false advertising.This is not the first cage that I have bought from this firm, with same problem and a very lame customer service, where absolutely nothing has changed. I would say to any who wish to purchase a cage here, don’t go by the description they offer, it may well be wrong.
