Unbelievable service from start to finish would recommend to anyone,they received the phone on a Wednesday and the money was in my account same day.

Honestly such a pleasure to deal with. Postal return package arrived quickly and payment was made the same day the phone was delivered, with NO haggling to reduce the price, (as I experienced with other dealers). Thank you Broken Fones for excellent service! Will definitely use again.

I used a trade-in comparison site and selected Broken Fones. They sent me a pre-paid postage label and box and the money quoted was paid to me really quickly - no issues, no qualms. I'll be using them again!

Really not sure how you could beat this service. Got an instant offer for my smashed phone on Saturday, received the envelope to return it on Sunday, posted it Monday, agreed amount paid into my account on Tuesday!

Incredibly positive, easy process. Sent a scratched, cracked iPhone 14 to them on Thursday evening and the full (and very fair) amount they'd offered appeared in my bank on Friday evening, no quibbles! Really impressed, especially as I'd tried to sell the phone on Facebook and just had loads of scammers and lower offers.

Had an old iPhone 8 64GB that was broken. I had Googled to sell it. Broken Fones offered me the best price so I went with them. The recycle pack was sent out the same day. I received it a day later. I popped it in the packaging and then in the prepaid Jiffy bag which was 24 hours tracked with Royal Mail. I was paid the same day the phone was received. I would highly recommend such a straightforward and hassle free process.

Sent a phone in then they dropped the offer £50 claiming there were scratches on the screen even though the phone had screen protectors on since coming out the box. I have sold phones to other company’s before and not had this issue so will not use again.

Really smooth process. They weren’t the absolute highest quote I received, but they were much better than the big-name sites, and I’d read reviews about some higher quotes on other sites being reduced once the phone arrives.

They were great and helped me resolve a problem I had unlinking iCloud from the phone I sent them. And they paid the full quote given online straight into my bank, unlike other phone buying companies. As an irrelevant aside I enjoyed sending my broken phone to Hospital Street haha
