Deeply disappointed experience with Better Homes.

Listing a property came with months of chasing, repeated follow-ups and being left completely in the dark and was never LISTED. In a market where every day matters, their lack of urgency and accountability is very little to start with. This has costed me genuine tenants and rental income

The assigned agent, Gibbs, managed nothing more than a “hello” before disappearing — despite repeated attempts to follow up with him and directly with CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Keeping clients hanging, wasting their time and showing zero ownership is not professional service. It is unacceptable and disgusting.

Better Homes needs to seriously reassess its standards, because this level of unprofessionalism is simply not acceptable in a competitive real estate market.

She showed me around the new City Tower and couldn’t have been more accommodating of my questions, my time.
Erika’s honesty and knowledge was very refreshing in the craziness of Dubai’s real estate market and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Miss Neveen works in Better homes management in Al Ghazal tower. She is the most cooperative person in the better homes management, we have been living in this building for16 years and have never dealt with such a helping and trustworthy person. She is also very professional and punctual and always on time when needed. In short, Neveen is the best supervisor I’ve ever seen

Very happy with the service of both Ms Vijaya and Shamsheer.

From 2019-2026, been with the apartment manage by betterhomes. If not only my wife went back for good, probably were still in that same apartment. I would like to thank Shamsheer and Vijaya for reminding me always on payment deadlines which was really help in securing the payment on time, if there are some issues at the building that need maintenance.

Rania has been a source of great assurance as she handles issues related to the property while I am overseas. Professionalism has been a hallmark of her work. But there is much more. Regardless of the time of day or night I call, Rania is always available with solid advice and guidance. I can honestly say her devotion to duty is above and beyond reasonable expectations.

I found an apartment and completed the entire rental process within just one and a half weeks with this agency. As a newcomer to Dubai, I had no prior knowledge of how the rental process works, so this experience was especially valuable.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ronald, the agent who assisted me throughout every step from searching for the apartment to explaining the internet setup and arranging the move-in permit. All my requests were handled on the same day, and my questions were always answered within an hour or two. Even the move-in permit, which is typically the tenant’s responsibility, was taken care of by Ronald.

As for the agency itself, I must say it is highly professional. If you come across their listings while searching for a property, it’s definitely a very positive sign. Do you need the explanation of how to get Ejari certificate? They will explain it or even do it by themselves for a small commission if needed. Do you need an explanation and help with a cheque system if you are a newcomer? They will help you and explain everything.

Betterhomes team and especially Ronald, thank you once again for the excellent service and support.

Very disappointing experience.
I had a viewing scheduled at 12:00 PM with Amber, but she arrived more than an hour late without proper notice. This showed a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. Unfortunately, the experience did not feel serious or reliable. I would not recommend based on this interaction.

Worst company if you ever buying home in Dubai never trust better homes and their agents are worst and lack knowledge in property dealing matters.
They are a fraud company

I paid for an added service when I was signing my contract for a rental property to get Ejari done by Betterhomes. The agent told me very clearly and in WRITTEN TEXT that it also includes any renewal/cancellation as well.

Betterhome's Ejari team refused three times to honor the words of their agent when I was about to cancel my Ejari, even though they are legally bound to do so, claiming the service only included the initial opening of Ejari.

After consulting my lawyer and directly threatening Betterhomes to take LEGAL action, they eventually decided to let another agent cancel it on my behalf for free.

Evenmore shockingly is the fact that Betterhomes was still apologizing on behalf of the agent in their final mail, instead of on behalf of the disgraceful behaviour from their Ejari team, who should have solved their mess already from the beginning.

I understand that you can cancel Ejari by yourself for free, but for me this was a matter of a major company holding their words and not behaving in such a childish and unprofessional way.

My question for Betterhomes management is the following:

Is this really how one of the biggest real estate companies behaves towards its tenants?

Shouldn't you, as a respectful company, have honored your agent's words immediately without going head-to-head and toe-to-toe with your own tenant?

Shouldn't this have been solved even as goodwill from Betterhomes towards their tenant, since there is SOLID and LEGALLY binding proof?

I hope someone in the management of Betterhomes would take a closer look at this nonsense, since its definitly not a company I will be coming back to.

Without doubt, Better Homes is one of the best ones. Since 2018, I am with them. There never was an occasion where I had something to complain about; on the contrary, there were many instances which showed their professionalism. You have a concern, their staff are there at a phone-call/email/message distance to reach out and help. They have a very good maintenance team to attend your repairs and maintenance needs. Compared to my last place where I stayed for 3 years, which is just accross the street, Better Homes' maintenance team is super efficient. You write your complaint in the reception register, within hardly one day their technician will appear at your doorstep. Even when parking shortage was at its nightmarish worst, I didn't think of leaving this place because of Better Homes' quality and services they provide to their tenants.

I would like to thank so much Mr.Maqsoud for his patience, professionalism, and deep experience made the entire process smooth ,easy and stress-free.I really recommend him.
