SCAM for stealing credit card information.

SCAM. FRAUD.
ORDERED JULY 4TH. TODAY IS AUGUST 19TH. STILL NO DELIVERY DESPITE EMAILS NOTIFICATIONS THAT ITEM IS IN TRANSIT. DELIVERY DOESN'T EXIST. CALL YOUR BANK AND DISPUTE.

Scam fraud company...my sister ordered fans for ourselves and elderly parent...did not show up....emailed but got AI responses...then blocked!!!! This is disgusting... EVERYONE PLEASE AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED...reported to Fraud Team and bank who are investigating!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ordered 2 weeks ago, received order confirmation. No movement since when checking online. I emailed and got the same email, word for word, each day telling me it was waiting to be collected but yet still nothing - even though their site says posted on day of order. I asked to cancel 2 days ago and, when I tried emailing yesterday, I am now blocked. My status online today shows order cancelled but I'm worried I won't get the money back. Reported to fraud team at the bank who are investigating. AVOID AVOID AVOID

At first, the site it couldn’t process my card. That was on 7/6. On 7/7, several bogus charges showed up but were declined by my bank. I had to cancel my card. Draw your own conclusions.

I was going to order something and I googled the address on their site and the address came up for a "self storage" business. Just for fun, I did submit an inquiry from their site to ask if they do business out of a "self storage" unit. No, I would not recommend that you purchase from this site unless you are absolutely sure the business is legit!

I was very disappointed with the product ,I would have to say even looking back at the advertisement again ,I managed to see that that it seems that none of the operating water blasters are the actual item I bought but seem to be actual water power blasters powered by motor ,what we already have ,and as we are on a rural property I thought to save having to drag our motorized water blaster across our property ,that what we bought would be handy to leave at each of our hose outlets to help clean down various items ,but only to find that they have not much more pleasure than our standard hose and certainly can not clean our stone pathways like your advert says it can.
I also felt I have seen this item before ,and when I checked around my property I found the same unit as yours that came with an agricultural spray set I bought around 15yrs ago (photo) ,so they are not new and my one works about the same as yours,so I would like my money back ,please.(so far have not seen a refund 4weeks in) now 8 weeks in still no communication or refund from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased Bluetooth earplugs from the company and they don't work. The CLAIM they have a buyer protection policy, but I've sent 11 emails over 10 days without any response. SCAM...you think?

Found this company on a Web search for best video doorbell. On receipt of bell it connected to WiFi but the chime didn't. I managed to get the return address from company and sent bell back on 3rd January. Today is 30th January and refund still not received. All I keep getting from them is check tracking details or you will get refund within 1-3 days once received by them.
I have learnt my lesson, this is a warning DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The heaters I bought from them did not match the description, they arenot fit for purpose in any way. After severa mnths of trying to communicate with the company,(limited, if no response on the 'help and support' chatline.I was offered two-thirds of my money back. I agreed, but there has been no sign of this, and no further communication from the company (no response on chatline agsin). I am reporting them to the Consumer Ombudsman & informing Trading Standards.

I would not give even 1 star. I ordered the BioloMix milk frothier and it does not work even when re-reading and following instructions numerous times! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Told me to stage complaint at usps. Cannot tell you how many issues an complaints we’ve given. Nothing is remedied My husband gets report of delivery for each day

Paid $230 for a sensor rubbish bin which failed just outside of the 2 year warranty period. Thought I was paying for a quality bin, obviously not. Not at all impressed.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star what a load of junk I have received I have tried contacting them to return the junk and no one gets back to me and cannot get in touch with anyone DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered and paid for plug in heaters. I never received the heaters and have sent multiple mails with no resolutution

AVOID!! Car steering lock supposedly fitted " all steerings", but damaged mine...5 emails before being told to send item back to China at my cost of £32...to a Mr "You" (!!) at an address untraceable on any maps. Big scammers.

Don’t buy, they don’t reply and product was faulty

SCAM!!!!. Do not buy from this company. I did not receive what I ordered. The product I ordered cost me £119.00 - they sent me a product that retails for £21.99. I tried contacting them several times. They do not respond. They are now using the name Ondira Commerce PTE through PayPal for payments. They should be investigated.
