Really trustful security company, feel save to apply, got everything in minutes

Quickly purchase process. However, during my trip I had a small emergency incident and wasn't able to first contact the insurance, so instead I went directly to a clinic. After I contact belt company they did not accept it and refuse to pay.

Before purchasing the insurance I had a few questions. Was easy to reach out to BELT via WhatsApp. The agent was very polite, supportive and knowledgeable; answered my questions. Thank you. I’ve bought the travel insurance.

When choosing an insurance for traveling, I want it to be informative, safe, and easy to choose and this was my experience with Belt. Extremely user-friendly, allowing me to choose the one that suited me the most, in a very easy way.

The process to buy my travel insurance was amazing. Super easy steps with no out of context or unnecessary questions. It took me 2/3 minutes to get things done.
The insurance options presented were distinct from one another so it was not confusing to make a decision.
I ended up going with the “middle” option in terms of price and medical expenses covered - given my destination and length of the trip it seemed to be a good choice!

Very user friendly and fast process to issue an insurance, I have never had this little trouble getting such task done. Light and structured documentation also makes the experience much smoother. Overall a great upgrade on the current process of getting an insurance!

I had an exceptional experience with Belt Seguros. Their website is incredibly user-friendly, making it a breeze to find and purchase insurance. What really impressed me was their speed - I had my policy documents in no time.

This is an updated version of an original review. Firstly, it was very easy to book the insurance over Belt. But in our case was that we could not get a refund of a regular hospital bill due to the fact that we did not call the Emergency Hotline beforehand. It was impossible to reach someone from Ergo (the insurer) to get this situation cleared up, we were sent in circles and rudely hung up on several times. However, Claudia from Belt tried to investigate our case again, reached out to us and was very communicative after we posted a one star review. We were very positively surpised after the poor communication that we've had with Ergo. In the end though, we've reached the same outcome. It seems that we were very unlucky ducks because we have been told that people usually have a good experience with this service. Nonetheless that doesn't change the fact that we are unhappy with our experience and that Ergo did not meet our expectations which is a service sold by Belt. We remain very skeptical about the refund process and if something should happen again, we are scared our costs will not be covered on the ground of another ridiculous reason that has not been communicated beforehand. What has changed is that at least we don't feel like this was merely a scam because in the end we got to talk to a real person who at least tried to help us. That is highly appreciated, however should also be the standard of good customer service. All in all, we will not chose Ergo as an insurance in the future anymore. We do not recommend purchasing this specific product over Belt.
