When things get complicated you see how this type of company react.
French government is asking to not travel, French law through article L. 211-14, II of tourism code clearly says when pandemic crisis you are entitle for refund in 14 days, despite the fact that Portugal has declared emergency state (we were supposed to go to Portugal) and me being part of high risk population with Asthma and Diabetes, they keep hiding behind the fact that the flight is not cancelled and their French representative not answering. They advise to not go but no refund or compensation !!!!!
