Betty Crocker has gone so far downhill. It is horrible. I think it's sad to see posts telling people how to modify their crappy cake mix to make it better. I didn't pay for a cake mix to give it an upgrade or overhaul.
Bring back your old original cake mixes. Until then, NEVER BUY BETTY CROCKER!

I have been using the small blender for a long time, replacing them as I go along. However, today the seal broke in half, went into my smoothie. As well, it wouldn't open and much of the smoothie went into the inside of the blender. It would be nice if there were a few more seals included with the appliance and if it lasted longer.

I recently bought a box of BC milk chocolate brownie mix. I mixed it according to directions. They were by far the worst brownies I have ever purchased. I have used BC products for a long time, but after reading about cut backs on amounts of products in the packages and I would assume quality of products used in the mix, it is no longer worth buying. I probably will not be buying anything Betty Crocker in the future. Convenience items are expensive enough and I will just take the extra time and make things from scratch. Betty Crocker is not the only company sticking it to consumers. I have noticed that Duncan Hines is also not good anymore. The last time I made a Sock It to Me cake with DH yellow butter cake mix it tasted terrible too. It is not right what your company and other companies are doing to people. If you want to keep people coming back to buy your products then provide quality for the money and quit scrimping. Sincerely, Nancy Jefferson

Such a terrible terrible cake mix. I purchased Betty Crocker Delights "Super Moist Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix" and when I opened it up the bag was unsealed and destroyed with roaches crawling everywhere all over the bag and the box! 🪳I used to buy Betty Crocker a lot but now I will not purchase anymore. This is terrible and unsanitary. I am very disappointed.

I baked a box of brownies, my son ate one and bit into something hard, only to discover a shard of glass. He wound up in the emergency room and had to have 2 stitches, and Betty Crocker does not see that they are in any way responsible, wonder if it happened to their family if they would take the same stance.

They're shrinkflating products that taste watered down with bugs in their mixes. Which isn't vegetarian-friendly. Recipe instructions on their boxes don't work anymore since the mixes have been shrinkflated to hell. I won't be buying Betty Crocker products no more. Their cookbooks are scams to make you buy the ruined food products that used to taste much better with workable recipes. America is going downhill. It's sad.

I am going to stop using Betty Crocker cake mixes. The company is cheating its customers with the weight of the cake mixes. Previously the box of cake mix was 18 ozs, then it went down to 15 ozs, & now its down to 13ozs. Yet the directions on the present box is still the same as if it weighed 18 ozs., and the prices keep increasing with less ingredients. The company DOES NOT take into account past recipes that were made with an 18oz ingredient cake box, and they do NOT give any recipes/ideas of how to remedy the situation. You cannot make a 2 layer cake anymore from a box of cake mix. The taste has also changed with very little flavour in a vanilla (or any) cake mix. Customers should boycott buying the products. I would NOT recommend them.

A product that might suit a first endeavour in biscuit (cookie) making for for children. Success is virtually guaranteed, the biscuits are quite edible, but...

You pay £2 for a pack of mix that produces 6 or 7 biscuits, it costs energy to bake them, and you oblige yourself to wash a mixing bowl, a rolling pin, a cookie cutter, and a worktop or rolling sheet, a mixing spoon and a baking sheet/tray, all to make 7 cookies. Tesco's chocolate chip cookies cost 85p for three, there's no (direct) energy cost, but for the cost equivalent of this mix, you get about 25 Tesco ones, and avoid the washing up...

As an exercise in teaching a child a simple, first, baking exercise, it's OK, but without the measuring and weighing, it's a simplistic exercise... But success is virtually inevitable...
