In trip purchase.
I purchased this eSim during my trip and after failure with another company. It was much easier to install and activate but it never worked. I was not able to use data or to call. I’m still trying to figure out what went wrong and how to get a refund.

I followed the instructions to activate…
I followed the instructions to activate the ESIM prior to traveling at the airport and was not successful in activating. I Emailed Baztel while in country where I needed the plan for data and calls and received a response. The process was complicated and not clear even for a referring customer who has used in the past for other travel data needs. I regret the purchase.

So much patience the Customer Service had and the instructions were right on the money, very simple to understand despite my many emails.
