Since our first contact with the team at booking health right through until after the treatment they were so efficient, kind, professional and understanding.

From our initial MDT and arrangements (with Kate) they were excellent, very prompt and efficient. There was a delay from my local hospital with files, but the understood and were patient.

Then with the travel coordinator (Hishem) he referred us to hotels and advice on the city, organising the transfers. He was very nice and professional.

The driver (Stepan) that collected us and brought us back and forth from the clinic and airport over the 2 weeks was lovely, very nice man, safe driver, lovely car. All the hassle taken away.

Then at the clinic we had a lovely lady as our translator (Claudia), she was very helping reassure my wife during the procedures and meetings. She couldnt do enough for us and was very helpful, providing updates and arrangements with the company itself.

Then the staff in the clinic (LDG Laboratories in Berg) were very professional and welcoming. Dr Gansauge the director of the Laboratories met with ourselves, went through everything. All the staff in the clinic were excellent and friendly. It was spotless clean and in such a beautiful location.

Overall we really found the service from Booking Health and the LDG Laboratories to be amazing, the staff were so friendly and professional, it really helped by taking the stress and hassle away, we wouldn't have been able to find and and arrange the clinic or procedure without them.

Really could not praise them all enough. Would highly recommend there services.

On March 2026 my family's world came upside down. My husband was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiform. Following an intense research on the internet, I was lucky enough to locate BookingHealth. From the moment I received their first phone call, not only did they fully notify me about all the aspects of the disease, but they also reassured me that everything would go better than planned. Then we travelled to Germany and Tanja, Julia and our translator Aksana were no less than great throuh every step of the way. Every detail of the journey, including our accomodation , were carefully planned and the program was strictly followed. Professor Gansauge is an amazing person with the required knowledge, experience and lots of humor. We have already reccommended BookingHealth to a close friend in Greece, who faces a different, but difficult health issue.

Unfortunately what started as a great experience turned sour quickly. Booking Health were helpful and communicative to begin with but then, after we had paid the cost of the surgery with a plan for a date in place, we were then told the day before that it was being delayed by 5 days. By this point my father had deteriorated and was unfit to travel or have surgery so is now dying. Despite assuring us that if he became too unwell to travel we would get our money back straight away, we have been battling for over a month to try to recover it. The team are creating delay after delay and the communication has become sporadic at best. There are endless excuses for delays and 5 weeks later they have not even issued the refund and are not answering our calls. This is a disgraceful way to treat a grieving family, not to mention a breach of the contract. Be wary of Booking Health.

A great work by everyone from the clinic medical team to Nassim to Stepan ,everything was organized and well explained always in time , well recommended service.

If you are following my reviews/experience, you are aware that I am past my 3 yr mark waiting for a resolution to my case # . After finally reaching an agreement with BH on a refund and being ask to sign an NDA, I have been waiting for over a month for my money that is owed to me. The communication has been uncaring, lacks professional interaction, and simply is ignored. They site multiple holidays, and the overall process as the reason for the delay. This money in its entirety is due to me as now a widow for my husband. We came to BH with hope and determination in our hearts and our wallets open. Signed the contract, and he had the treatment. I do not hold BH responsible for his death from Cancer, however I do hold them responsible for not abiding by their contract to return payment for treatment not received. Now that I have reached an agreement, they are slow walking the pay out due. All of the people I have dealt with from the front office all of the way up to the CEO, could care less. I would never recommend this company for treatment or to abide by their printed and signed word. While I have signed a NDA, BH has not held up their part of the agreement, which is to pay me for treatment paid for and not given due to my husbands failing health. I need international counsel to take this case to a legal end.

Got in touch with booking health, after my mother was diagnosed with bile duct cancer, wasn’t given much hope in the UK only treatment options which wasn’t going to help her in the long run. They found us prof Vogl, who is now dealing with my mother and given us much more hope than back home. Julia is our travel manager who as been absolutely amazing throughout, any questions or anything we need is always answer promptly. Cannot thank her enough. We must return to Germany in June for the 2nd treatment procedure.

Julia Meinhard is an absolute pleasure to work with. She makes everything easy! Super responsive, able to problem solve, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend.

I asked Booking Health to help find a physician/hospital for Lu-177 treatment. Their website implied they could make treatment arrangements for me at lower cost than I could do myself.

We arranged for 6 cycles of treatment. They told me the cost was 22,000 Euros; subsequent treatments were dropped to 20,000 Euros. I paid them in advance for each of three treatments, a total of 62,000 Euros. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill from the hospital for 9,439 Euros prior to my third stay. I don’t know if Booking Health forgot to pay the hospital for my third visit or the hospital accidentally sent me the bill.

When I asked the hospital for the actual invoices for the first, second, and third treatments, I was shocked to learn Booking Health had been more than DOUBLING the fee they charged me. The actual hospital invoices were first session (8,836 Euros, second session (7,999 Euros), and the third session was (7,999 Euros). This totals 24,834 Euros, a huge difference from the 62,000 Euros they charged me.

When I asked Booking Health for an explanation, I was told my inquiry would be sent to the legal department. Subsequent inquiries have gone unanswered.

In my case, this was over 37,166 Euros more than the hospital charged for my services.

My attempts to get a refund have been met with talk of administrative delays and no substantive action.

I fear my money has been lost to an organization that ‘looked good’ but left me feeling cheated and scammed.

I worked with Denis Walter to arrange for stem cell therapy, PRP, and any other necessary treatments for my Primary Biliary Cholangitis which I have had for 51 years. He suggested a specialty clinic in Germany that would be able to address my needs. The communication back and forth was expeditious whether it was a phone call or paperwork and each step of the way, everything was explained in great detail. The clinic, the doctors who would be treating me, the outcome expected and pricing, including how my body would likely feel after the procedures. He was professional, yet kind and compassionate, and extremely reassuring. I was especially pleased that everything would be pre-arranged from travel to where I would be staying, and I would have an interpreter as well. There was absolutely nothing I had to be concerned about so I could focus on my healing.
As it turned out, I was unable to raise enough funding for the down payment and I had another extremely urgent medical issue that needed to be addressed before I would even be able to travel. Denis could not have been more understanding of the situation.
I will not hesitate to return to Booking Health and Denis Walter when and if it becomes necessary for me to seek alternative treatment for my disorder.

They helped us get treatment at University Hospital Freiburg. The surgery went better than we dared to hope. The team was really amazing. You could tell they cared, like not just about the medical side, but about us as people, you know. We weren’t treated like numbers or cases. We were treated like a family going through something terrifying. My brother is still recovering, but he’s doing better. Really better. And seeing that… it means everything to me. I’m from Ukraine. I was diagnosed with stage I NSCLC. So, I started looking for lung cancer treatment abroad. That’s how I found Booking Health… Thank goodness I did. I had my surgery at University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus in Dresden. I was walking the very next day. Still blows my mind a little. The hospital and the medical team were awesome. The coordinator handled all the stuff that usually gives people headaches. They even provided a Ukrainian-speaking translator, which made everything so much less stressful. I felt like things were under control. Professional help all the way around. And because of that, I healed quickly. I’m already back at work. I’m glad I took this trip to Germany. Great medical advice, local personalized care and transfer arrangements with experts for consultation and treatment.

We travelled to Germany for dendritic cell therapy with Professor Gansauge, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Starting with our initial consult with Booking Health through Denis, right through to travel and accommodation arrangements with Nour, and onsite assistance with Adis.

We never felt alone while in Germany, which is the most important piece of all. Adis was always there to answer our calls and questions with patience and always ready to help even if it meant talking to the airport accessibility assistance staff!

We are back home now and Nour has checked in on us and forwarded our questions and concerns to the medical team.... which gives us great confidence going forward.
