I’m rating 2 stars purely on delivery which was very prompt. However the quality of the earrings are very poor and one had broke during transit. These earrings are not as described on the website. Very disappointed. I’m waiting on a refund due to the earrings being broken in transit.

My anklet broke after I days wear , I have tried to contact this company by numerous methods and they don’t reply !!

The earrings are lovely. However, it was over a month before they were received. They were a birthday gift for a friend and were extraordinarily late. I inquired about them through “customer care” and never received a response. By the time my friend finally received them, I was sure I had been scammed. Your merchandise seems good and looks attractive but your shipping and lack of customer service is lacking and I cannot recommend your company.

This must be a totally fabricated website. They quickly took the funds and never sent a tracking number. I ordered over a month ago. 2 weeks ago they responded to an email and said my order was in the US with customs and they would track it. They haven’t followed up since, and don’t respond to inquiries. Don’t trust this site.

The ankle chain and bearings are beautiful and well made.

Everything is so cheaply made not worth the price will never order from here again. I did not realize the company was in china until the order went thru. BEWARE VERY CHEAPLY MADE JEWELRY.

My order just arrived my 3 pairs of earrings were in plastic bags all stuffed into one pouch. Not as advertised. I could have purchased the same for $10 a pair at Temu instead of $42 a pair if I just wanted them stuffed in a plastic bag. These where gifts I purchased and where advertised coming in a pouch. Last time I’ll ever purchase from them

Customer service is excellent. I had some earrings with a hook problem. I was immediately offered another pair of my choice as replacement. I now have several pairs of Boho earrings and they are well made and lovely.

I purchased the anklet first, my GF loved it! The anklet broke while we were out tramping, then when I bought a pair of earrings, I mentioned that the anklet had broken (a few months after purchase). A replacement anklet was included with the earrings I'd just bought. I think the company is great to deal with!

My experience with customer service after having problems with a necklace was exceptional.

Using the website is straightforward. Communication is excellent. Goods are delivered in good order and on time. Nothing to complain about, Great transaction with lovely jewellery pieces at the end, will use again!
