I purchased my anklet and some earrings for my birthday. I really like that the products arrive within a reasonable time frame and that they actually look like the photos on the webpage. Super happy with what I have.

Awful quality! Pieces are so lightweight they don't feel like jewelry. My bracelet broke right after I took it out of the plastic. Do not recommend. Besides, products are shipped from Cina.

Absolutely lovely anklet and braclet - I had an issue with one of the items but you sorted it without any issue and sent me a replacement straight away .

The ordering process was easy but it was not clear that the goods were coming from China . As it was , the purchased item arrived into Melbourne Australia in a prompt fashion. .Sadly though the item stayed stuck in Melbourne Airport for nearly 2 weeks . This is unusual as I often receive goods from overseas in less than a week. I don't know what the problem was with Auspost at Melbourne Airport but given my experience I would hesitate to make another purchase from Boho Peak in case the same delay occurs ..
I love my new necklace but the experience was somewhat tarnished by the continued delays .

very poor quality products. one of the items arrived already broken. no attention to details and definitely not worth the price.

Bought a ring and it matched the picture exactly. Great quality. Ordered a size too small by accident and they sent me another one in my proper size. They were really helpful. Would def order more pieces as the quality is good and pieces match the advertising exactly.

The earrings were pretty, but were not what I wanted. The return department is the issue. I was told it would take 48 hours to approve my return. It has been almost 7 days.

The wrap bracelet is the wrong size. Button it and you're shutting off circulation. Fix it one loop less...its falling off. Attempts to cobtact the company failed on a regular basis.

I ordered 2 sets of ear rings which unfortunately, because a photo of a person wearing them was not shown, they were far too long.
However I sent an e-mail asking the procedure to return them. Arturo replied & I was offered anything else at the same price which they’d’ send postage free. Un fortunately I couldn’t find another set of ear rings suitable. There was no problem getting a refund. I will certainly be shopping with them again when they have different stock

Beautiful earrings, however, whilst I appreciate that each stone is different, my earrings were more transparent with a little white. I had hoped for a little more white. Having said they are beautifully created. Quality! They took a long time to arrive though.

I ordered the red bead and heart necklace and bracelet set. I love the way they look although the bracelet has fallen off a few times. Sadly red dye comes off onto my skin if there is any trace of lotion or perfume on my skin. I have even washed them!

The tree of life ring that I ordered took weeks to arrive and then looked like something made in China for the equivalent of pennies. Won’t be shopping with them again !
