Great service, royal mail lost my parcel and they did not hesitate to resolve any queries I had, super helpful staff and rapid response times. Special thanks to Jason and Andres for being so helpful.

Jason is the GOAT, every time i have an issue he gets back to me in under half an hour and fixes everything for me in a kind, professional manner. he is fantastic and an asset to the Bodymod team!

Some piercings that were gold turned silver after wearing them for a week specifically the septum.( Forward facing ring with barbed wire and heart shaped gem. ) the sizing is also difficult to measure, one septum was massive and the other was tiny. The picture alone can be deceiving on what the size is. Packaging is cute. delivery was fast. Out of 6 pieces I got, only 2 of the plain nose rings are a good fit. Maybe it was my luck or not reading the fine print. Would try order again because of the fair prices though.

OHMYGOD i'm still in awe of this company, i ordered 2 nose rings and they're the best, really good quality, not some fake aliexpress stuff lol. The thing that got me was all the little uplifting quotes everywhere in the order🥹 i'd give a 10 if i could🖤

I didn’t receive my original package, so I contacted Bodymod. They responded very quickly and sent me a new order free of charge. They were very helpful, caring, and solved the problem immediately. Excellent customer service!

I payed for fast delivery for 2-3 days , pay 11,99 and now is already 3 day , and nothing come .

Very responsive customer service. My package got lost on the way and, after some time of waiting for it to be returned to them, shipped me a replacement without any burocratic hassle.

I did not know how the closure worked and lost an earring due to that. They explained how it worked and send a replacement earring.

I’ve been a customer of Bodymod for almost a year, and I’ve always been very happy with their piercings, both for my ears and my nose. The quality and designs have consistently been great.

This time, I had an issue with one of the items in my order, but the customer service was excellent. Jason was very friendly and helpful, and he resolved everything quickly and smoothly. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the support!

the piercings are nice but they don’t close well and fall out of your ear without you even noticing

They didn't send me an email about the individual products that I ordered and what's even more annoying is that they didn't even send me an invioce either.
I also ordered jewelry for a friend, but when she asked how much she owed me, I couldn't look up the prices of the individual products, because I didn't receive either an invoice or an itemized list of products by email.
I couldn't log into my user account because I forgot my password, the password reset function doesn't work, the process just says "Something went wrong". Well, thank you very much, that helped a lot.
Every normal webshop sends information about the ordered products by email, and I think the invoice should be sent as standard...
At the end I couldn't tell my friend the exact prices I just had to assume them what wasn't really a fair practise.

Update:
They later contacted me after seeing that I hadn't received my invoice and sent it to me via email. The response was quick and polite, but I still think I shouldn't have needed any extra help to download the invoice. Maybe it was just an IT error, but that doesn't change the fact that I couldn't check the prices of individual products that I ordered at that time.

Ordered some jewellery from body mod the delivery was quick and customer service was second to none … I had an enquiry and they got back to be straight away and sorted out the issue with no hassle. I was speaking to Jason he was so polite and so helpful. 100% will be shopping here again.

Love the earrings. I wear them all the time. Even went in the ocean, no problem. Also lost a part of the earring and I ask if I can repurchase just this part and they offered me a free replacement 😍
