Horrific customer support, defective device and the problem is still not sorted
I had a horrific experience with this company. Very bad customer support that is basically non-existent, and they also don't fulfil their own promises. Very slow in dealing with any problem you might have and they also don't provide proper customer support.
I ordered a Naim Mu-So 2 device from them, which was defective (stuck in a reboot loop). I tried to get help from them, they couldn't do it, so we arranged I'd send the device back (after I wasted 5 hours troubleshooting it).
They promised me several times to send a replacement as soon as they get the defective device. They received it and told me the problem was more complicated than they thought, so then I'd have to wait until they figure it out and therefore I'm currently left without any sound device, which I was relying on for work.
I sent them repeated emails, but they simply stop responding, On top of that, they seem to have several customer support people who are not aware of what the others ones wrote, so it's a complete mess, because one person promises one thing, which is then disregarded by the others.
Stay away from this company because it takes them too long to respond, you might end up like me paying €1000 for a device which you can't use and then staying without both the device and the €1000.

At the same time, we would like to clarify a few points to provide a complete picture of the situation for other readers.
Regarding the replacement process, we did not promise to send a new unit before first receiving and inspecting the original device. Initially, it had been agreed that the product would be returned within the withdrawal period. In that case, we would have been able to issue a full refund, allowing you to place a new order immediately if you wished.
Your return reached us on a Saturday, when our technical department was closed. The device was inspected on Monday, and the replacement unit was shipped the following day, Tuesday. We have already sent you the tracking for this parcel.
We would also like to clarify that we responded to all of your emails throughout the process. We regret that our communication did not meet your expectations and are sorry that this left you with a different impression.
We understand that receiving a defective product is frustrating, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused. Fortunately, situations like this are extremely rare. We are proud that the overwhelming majority of our customers rate our service very highly, and we remain committed to resolving the occasional problem as quickly and fairly as possible.

Excellent experience buying an Epson porjector from Auditorium. They offer a huge variety of products, and my order arrived very quickly via DHL. The packaging was incredibly secure, featuring heavy bubble wrap and an extra outer cardboard layer for protection. The website interface is clean and easy to use, plus the 2% discount for direct bank transfers is a fantastic perk. Highly recommend this shop!
