Everything went good, comunication, explanation, service, and beside everything the car is really great

I have been very impressed with Autohero service both at point of sale ~1.5 year ago (professional and prompt responses, quick reaction when a charging cable was missing), and also afterwards when I had an issue with my wiper. Autohero agreed that this issue was covered by the warranty and reimbursed the cost. I am especially happy that the responses are always prompt and human. Also, it is possible to discuss matters via email and without formality. Well done!

Bought my car here. Everyone was helpful and got support every step of the way. The car is in good enough condition. There were some defects, but they're taking care of it quickly.

I am very disappointed, I raised multiple claims on the vehicle after receiving it, missing,damaged, loose, misaligned door parts and all my claims have been closed with no reason or contact with me. the vehicle still has a recall that hasn't been cleared from 2023. every item I have claimed was not disclosed in the imperfections of the vehicle, I would have never bought this vehicle for the price I paid with all these issues. they deserve a no star rating for customer service.

it was over-all a good experience, always getting calls for confirmation and giving informations. didn't expect everything will go so smoothly exept for the last minute i had to pay a little extra because of an misunderstanding for some scatches in my old car, they were still nice to meet me halfway with final pricing.

I got welcomed by 2 kind gentleman working at the location and got offered a drink. Helped me with all the questions about the car and they were kind.
