These guys are a JOKE.
I made an order for two products, one for multiple packages of baby milk and the other for a cream that was on discount.
Both were in stock on their website.
Turns out they oversold the baby milk, and for two weeks they dragged out the order not informing me of the stock shortage.
When I asked about the order (two WEEKS later) because I was running out of the baby milk they just refunded the order without any explanation, BUT they only refunded the milk and sent the cream now with a very expensive international shipping charge. All this without asking me anything or letting me know.
First off in Germany they are not allowed to sell things they don't have in stock, and even then common courtesy should allow to let the customer know there is a problem and the order can be cancelled entirely or partially to avoid these big charges. Horrible service and a total lack of understanding for their customers.
Not to mention that in this case they created a real problem for me because my baby eats that particular milk that is not available locally, and you can't just change a baby's milk randomly because their tiny digestive system can't handle that. Now I am scrambling to find the milk elsewhere and have it shipped to me quickly.
Oh yeah, to top it off they do have a very similar milk that i tried and can work for my baby temporarily, that they could have offered me to switch out in the order and have them send that instead. If they bothered to ask. Which they didn't.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! IT'S A MISTAKE !!! I ordered a serum from Apolux. They sent me the serum without the applicator. I wrote to them to find a solution. They offered me either five euros refund or a complete refund for the product in return for sending the product back to them. I sent their product back with the return label, and they sent me the product again without an applicator, without any refund!!

My Account suddenly has different name and telefon number, I think it was someone making changes there. No idea why it is done but deleted my account immediately. First time it happens and before had very good experience with orders and deliveries

I ordered on the 14.11.25 medication for me, with payment creditcard. My order was confirmed with payment "Klarna" instead of box click of creditcard. When I recognised "Klarna", I wanted to cancel my order, but they told me it's not possible. With lots of aggrevation at Klarna I found out that there was no invoice/delivery sent through. After that I checked my creditcard payments and realized it has been paid.
All in all this online Apotheke is incompetent to proceed online order system with correct confirmation and without secure payment system.
The delivery arrived very fast, with appropriate packaging and logistic DHL. Just a shame, when not capable handling online business.

My experience was great. I ordered a cream and sunscreen at a great price. They were shipped for free via dhl and arrived the next day! Even with a tracking number. I will definitely order again.

From 5 items I paid I only got 4. There is no way to contact with Apolux for weeks. Yesterday went to local police office to open a claim as I think it's an internet scam. Guys, if you may not answer but the legal measures are taken. You can't hide from police in EU

I read some negative reviews here but given the good prices I anyways ordered at apolux and this was the fastest delivery I ever had: one day after ordering they package already arrived at my house 😯 crazy. They seem to have improved. Would definately order there again.

Until now I've been Apolux Customer. But from now they DO NOT send anymore products to the Netherlads. and that discrepancy in this terrible time!
Pleas all Germans: do not buy anymore at Apolux. You'll have to wait too long for your purchases!!

wasn't happy. I had to pay with Klarna, which requires a German bank, which I don't have. I would have preferred to pay with credit card or PayPal... At the end I managed to pay but it took a lot of time... I didn't find it a good experience!!
PS I tried to review the farmacy directly, but they wouldn't accept my 1 star...

Paid 25 days ago. No product received. Called them 3 times. All the times they say that they will return the money and I will get the email just after the call. No email, no product, no money. I sent 2 emails to them by myself. No reaction. Paid more that 100 euro. I hope paypall will return my money to me. I would strictly NOT recommend this online-store!!!!!
Very angry!
