From initial enquiry to returning the…

From initial enquiry to returning the vehicle at Mahon Airport the whole process was handled in a professional manner. Communication was clear. The hand-over was exactly as one would hope. The vehicle was exactly what we requested, clean and handed over with sufficient fuel for our needs. Returning the car was simplicity itself - we ensured the fuel we used was replenished and just parked the car in the requested spot at the airport. We have used Autos 21 now for four of our five stays on the island of Menorca and will do so for the two we have planned for 2027. Cannot recommend these folk highly enough.

Highly recommend

Very happy with the rental service provided. Car was new. Collected / returned to airport so very easy arrangement. Would recommend this company.

Fabulous company

Fabulous company. The Easiest collection and drop off we have ever had, communication excellent and to top it off the price is what you pay no hidden fees and insurance included. We arrived early, they amended our collection time, quickly without any fuss. Thankyou Auto 21

Great communication

Great communication. Vehicle very similar specification to the one that was booked. Really helpful at collection and easily returned. Would definately recommend.

Good and reliable service

Communication and delivery experience was real good. Excellent air conditioning and the car worked well. There were no hidden cost extras, which was good. The car was a bit old (64k kms) and showing signs of wear.

Excellent service and communication…

Excellent service and communication from staff and the car - (a Swift) in first class condition, easy to drive and great economy.
Dropped off and picked up at our hotel - no 'messing about'
Would defiantly use them again and highly recommend.

These guys do a fantastic job

These guys do a fantastic job. Clear communication very transparent pricing and great back up support. Our battery died during the hire period. It was replaced v quickly and without fuss.I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
