I DON’T RECOMMEND - FRAUD
I placed an order for an Apple MacBook Neo on 4 July 2026 and paid it.
I received an order confirmation and a payment confirmation, but after that the situation changed completely.
The website became inaccessible, the email address no longer works, and the phone number is unreachable. I have been unable to obtain any information regarding my order or a refund.
I have opened a dispute with my bank and reported the matter to the relevant authorities.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend buying from this website until the company resolves these issues and delivers the outstanding orders.

This website is not genuine, they gave me fake two fake accounts. I didn’t receive my purchase. Everything is fake. Please people out there, be careful with Alphaila.com or org. Double fake accounts.ln all the websites is not genuine. Info @alphaila.com ; very fake
