I had a live chat from Jamie, who even though was experiencing some technical errors, was able to help me get some clarity for some of the task I needed help with.

Jamie was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions quickly and was super friendly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed with the level of communication and support I've received.

Since 26 June, I've sent multiple emails and messages trying to resolve a few simple enrolment matters, including requesting an EOFY quote and asking about a 3–5 month extension so I can complete my course. Unfortunately, despite following up several times, I've received little to no response.

At one point, a staff member tried to arrange a phone call. I explained that I'm currently travelling overseas after the passing of my grandmother and am spending time with my family while also dealing with personal and administrative matters. I also explained that I couldn't answer international calls because of the high roaming costs and politely asked if we could continue communicating by email instead. Since then, I haven't received any meaningful follow-up.

I've made every reasonable effort to resolve this directly with the university before posting this review. The lack of communication has delayed my ability to finalise my enrolment and continue my studies, which has been incredibly frustrating.

After a very difficult year, I was finally ready to get back on track and complete my course. Instead of receiving support, I've been left waiting for weeks with no clear communication or updates.

I expected much better student support from an education provider. A simple acknowledgement or update would have gone a long way. I genuinely hope the university improves its communication with students, because no one should have to chase responses for weeks just to receive basic assistance.

Jamie provided excellent customer service throughout our conversation. She was patient, understanding, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Even though the issue was outside of her control, she acknowledged my situation, communicated clearly, and found a practical solution by escalating my request to the appropriate team.

I really appreciated her professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help. She made what was initially a frustrating experience much easier to deal with.

Overall was great having the flexibility to study online and at my own pace as I work fulltime. I did the cert 3&4 fitness part online & face to face at the gym and diploma of nutrition package with practical placement assessment towards the end if the course. There are options for extension if required, options for flexible payments. The nutrition team were all very kind & supportive when I rang for assistance. It was also great having the chance to resubmit assessments with some guidance so you can pass each one. Thankful for all the support AIPT team! 🙏

Samuel is a legend, I had some concerns this morning but within an hour my problem was resolved, I was able to get feed back, complete my last assignment and get reassurance about my closing deadline towards the expiry of my course. I can now go about my day with a weight off my shoulders
