Gift Cards!......My issue is the inability to apply…
My issue is the inability to apply discount code to an order that I have in the shopping cart 'USE CODE: BFSALE10'. I think this turns into a poor customer experience when , in todays economic landscape. we are looking for value for money offers. I am part of an organisation that provides employee gift cards through an employee portal, these cards therefore are like 'cash' upon purchasing, if I was to apply my gift card at your checkout I should still be able to apply any discounts that you have offered me to spend money at your business, why would you not treat third party gift cards like cash? Its stupid. I wont be recommending the Adrenaline offer to anyone if they were wanting to use gift cards. Regards Paul

Thanks for your honest feedback. We understand why this was disappointing, especially when you're looking to maximise value. Although discount codes and gift card payments can't always be used together, you can still use your gift voucher or account credit towards experiences that are already on sale. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and will ensure they're passed on to our team.
You will pay more if you don't do your experience within 18 months
I bought an experience in 2022 as a Christmas present for my parents. I went to redeem it recently only to find that I couldn't actually redeem it for the experience that I bought (3 people, helicopter ride, 30 mins). Given the amount of time that's passed, instead of being able to actually just book in the experience, the money I paid was transferred into a voucher to be redeemed on an experience. However the same experience I booked is now $515 more! If this is what they'll do to the vouchers, the should put the expiry to 18 months instead of 5 years so people actually get what they pay for. On top of this, you can't use promo codes when you use vouchers which I don't think is right as a voucher is a method of payment, not a discount. Not happy with adrenaline and will never buy anything from them again.

For the first 18 months after purchase, we actually lock in the experience price, which means if the provider increases their pricing during that period, you won't pay any extra. After that time, experiences may be subject to price changes set by the provider, however the full value paid remains available on your voucher to use towards that experience or any other option across our range. If you're open to an alternative, our team would be more than happy to help find an experience within your voucher value that may be a great fit for your parents.

I was unhappy with the booking side of…
I was unhappy with the booking side of things. I booked for 9am online for an 30min booking and then had my booking moved to another location and changed to 10am as they didn’t not want to run the 9am for unknown reasons. I Arrived early for the 10am booking and was still late to hit the water I did not get out of there until 11:30am despite telling them I had purposely booked for 9am because I had other commitments later that day.
The staff were very young.
