Your customer service has been great but unfortunately I can't speak Spanish.
Your customer service has been great. Everyone I have try to speak with has been very helpful. Unfortunately I can’t speak English and I do apologise for not being able to.
I have been getting calls from your customer service agents but they all speak, except for Claudia. It would be great if you can make a note in your database that I am unable to speak Spanish and it would be highly appreciated if have an agent who can speak English call me. I do hope you understand my challenge. Thank you.
