ADT Seguridad España Reviews 

This is a cut and paste answer, and does not address the problems I raised in my previous post.

We have emailed letters of complaint regarding the lack of service to the email given in your response and have not had an answer for WEEKS. We have phoned the number given and have been promised a call back, which does not happen. We have been promised an “urgent” appointment, - we get a call a week later to fix an appointment two weeks away. Three weeks with no alarm system for an unoccupied house in the campo! So much for an urgent appointment. Then, - the engineer does not arrive and no one in ADT bothers to let us know until we contact ADT to ask if the engineer is coming. He wasn’t.

After weeks and months of either no alarm system at all, or a faulty system that was giving false alarms combined with really rude staff who contacted us with the false alarms insisting that there is nothing wrong with the alarm and we must travel immediately to the house and confront the burglar breaking into our house. (Not!). They are supposed to contact the police also, and we have seen no evidence of this.

We have finally cancelled our contract with ADT after ten years. Apparently though, they do not want to let us go. I get daily emails and telephone calls reminding me that I have not signed our contract, (for the new system we never received).

All I can say is, avoid this company. We have friends with alarm systems with different companies and none of them have had the the kind of problems we have had with ADT.

I've been an ADT customer for several years. I paid the ever increasing fees and the system seemed to work. Two months ago it stopped providing email information about the system being activated/deactivated and my server access did no longer work. The customer service told me that the system had been updated and that they would send in technicians to resolve my issues. Weeks have gone by and despite my frequent reminders nothing has happened. Meanwhile ADT charges me the full price for no service. A disaster!
After my report on Trust Pilot I was contacted by ADT. Sadly all the subsequent contacts with the customer service did not generate concrete action. After two moths my system still doesn't work properly. I will now terminate my contract with ADT and go with a differnt company.

The young man who installed the alarm was very quick and efficient and explained clearly how to use the alarm. I would definitely recommend ADT...Honest

Such a bad company. I would recommend people to never use it as their alarm system, at least in spain.
They are scammers and charge double as much as many other alarm systems for a terrible service. Their customer service team is awful and mean and stupid.

Super service

It’s more a need now than the choice to protect your home from strangers. This problem is especially common here in Spain, everybody knows the law, so better to be attentive and not let such situations happen. Smart security for just 20 euros, it’s a bargain that will definitely pay off some time in future.
For now, thank God, I haven’t yet faced any intruders, but I have reason to believe that in case such a situation happens, the security protection will do its job. Every camera and alarm access can be reached through the mobile app, so I believe in proverb “ warned means equipped”😅

Customer service is terrible, I' m considering cancelling the system. Have had no contract or paperwork, when phone to get help person put the phone down on me. I have contacted engineer twice never replied. Wish I had used another company.

They don't speak English. They are not trying to check anything in order to find their own mistake. They keep charging me for 3 months as they can't send a guy to take back their stuff from my flat. For 3 months they are charging me and it's only because they had the wrong phone number, the phone number that I never had before. I have no words. For the reference: 26049AP338
