Received damaged Frame Sliders…

I jumped the gun and wrote a bad review for the company however ACMOTOS did get in touch and change the frame sliders I bought.

I had assumed they weren't answering my email but apparently they had a large volume of correspondence and just hadn't gotten to mine.

Anyway they turned out to be very helpful and first class.

My apologies for my previous and premature review.

Easy windshield purchase

Ordered a Puig windscreen and it came in quickly. Hassle-free. Installed it on my motorcycle and is as advertised. Will use them again.

Engañado

Les compré un parabrisas Puig para mí Keeway Sisties y al intentar el montaje un accesorio de anclaje no se correspondía con el adecuado para esta moto. Me entretuvieron con la falsa promesa de solucionarmelo y pasados más de treinta días, ellos ya no contestan y PayPal no responde.
Les calificaría en la cara, aquí, háganlo ustedes cuando les compren.

Competentes

Encomendei um vidro alto da Givi para a minha mota. Infelizmente, existia um problema de compatibilidade. Pedi para trocarem, que por si só é uma operação que envolve algum tempo por parte dos vendedores, com toda a troca de informação necessária e que nem todas as empresas o fazem de uma maneira correta e célere.
Na ACMotos foram inexcedíveis em todo este processo. Colocaram questões ao fabricante depois do meu relatório com os problemas de montagem identificados, tendo aceitado a devolução com troca por outra marca.
Um trato fantástico só podendo estar bastante satisfeito com todo o processo e a forma muito rápida como decorreu, pelo que recomendo vivamente a loja.
Voltarei seguramente a comprar!
