Resolved Order Issue – Appreciate the Help

My experience with Amistrade started with a few hiccups, as my initial delivery had a missing item and an incorrect part. However, the customer service team stepped in to help.

While it took some time and follow-up communication to get everything sorted out, the support team ultimate resolved the issue and ensured I received the correct items.

Mistakes can happen with online orders, but I appreciate that Amistrade took ownership, corrected the error, and made things right in the end.

First of all, we apologize that your shopping experience did not meet expectations.

I certainly do not wish to make excuses for the lack of follow-up regarding your order; however, there was likely a misunderstanding on our part, and I apologize for that as well.

We have actually had the glasses ready to ship for some time, but we failed to realize that an incorrect product was involved.

I sincerely apologize for this oversight. We will ship the missing item today, arrange for the collection of the incorrect item, and send the correct one.

Once again, I apologize for the entire situation; we are currently working on developing tools to improve our order tracking process.
