I purchased several virtual gift cards…
I purchased several virtual gift cards from Amilon (2 GALP and 3 IKEA), and after multiple attempts to use them, they consistently produced errors and could not be used in the stores. It was only possible to redeem 1! Eventually, they expired without ever working.
I contacted Amilon about this issue, but nothing was resolved. I will not buy gift cards from them again, as the company has proven to be very unreliable. I do not recommend purchasing gift cards through this platform - you will likely waste your time and patience. Consider using other, more reliable platforms instead. Their customer support is neither cooperative nor helpful.

Voucher sent by AMILON was invalid
I redeemed my Wunschgutschein gift card for a 30 euro Calzedona voucher. Unfortunately, the voucher sent by AMILON was invalid. In other words: worthless.
AMILON's customer service is not responding to my emails.

we're sorry to read your bad reviews, more than everything because the "mistake" that you saw was not due to us, Wunschgutschein or Calzedonia but only from the fact that you're not using the same email address associated to the voucher... so we invite you once again to read the T&C.
Our customer care team contacted you four times but you did not answer and we're also sorry about that because we gave you all the info and steps to apply to redeem the voucher.
Said this, we wish you'll read our emails and understand how to use your gift card befoure its expiry.

Le giftcard (al momento) non vengono erogate
Ha sempre funzionato benissimo, da stamattina (22/09/2024) invece non si riescono a scaricare le gift card. Viene restituito un errore che recita “ These days, some technical problems and high traffic may have prevented some vouchers from being downloaded. In reassuring you that all requested vouchers are available in our systems, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible; meantime we invite you to try again preferably in the early morning or in the evening.
Thank you for your patience.”
Sarò lieto di modificare la mia recensione quando il problema sarà risolto, dato che al numero del servizio clienti non risponde nessuno e il chatbot è inutile.
EDIT: sono riuscito in autonomia a scaricare la gift card il giorno successivo, tutto parrebbe risolto.

Fraud
They exchange points (money) for gift cards that are not in stock/balance in the same day that it is acquired, meaning they are useless and cannot be used in the providers. Helpdesk also doesn't cancel the gift cards neither provides any solution or deadline for have this solved. This is pending since 15/12/2022, it's fraud selling something that it cannot be used neither has a solution. In my case it was exchanged for Media Markt Portugal gift cards, and I lost 150€.

It was a horrible experience with this digital vouchers. Unable to pay at the Primark Store and Decathlon in Pirtugal. The store manager tried to receive the vouchers and system indicate they were out if balance, zip gave not used them. Tried to contact Amilon Customer Service via internet and / or telephone at 00 39 02 3655 9650 for more since 3 weeks ago and gave not received a response as of yet. My

Be very careful with Expiration dates
Very disappointing that the expiration date of vouchers is communicated so poorly. I lost 600Euros ! Thanks for nothing.

We always advise users to pay attention to expiration dates, always expressed clearly on the vouchers, so as to avoid unpleasant situations.
