I contacted the team regarding a subscription charge that I didn’t fully understand. Ashley was patient, professional, and took the time to investigate the issue carefully. After checking the relevant account and transaction details, she helped resolve the situation and issued a full refund.
What I appreciated most was the clear communication and willingness to find a fair solution instead of simply giving a generic response.

Fraud!! Scam!!!
They keep your banking details stored on your phone without you realizing it, and then charge you for subscriptions you have never used. There is nowhere on the website to cancel the subscription. Do not enter your email address.
