Hi Chris,
I'm sorry for the experience — I've personally gone through what happened. Our team offered to match the competitor's price with our EOFY gift pack thrown in — we'll happily go further than a straight match when we can, but during an active sale we can't stack the 5% beat on top of an already-discounted price and free gift.
