I wish to express my heartfelt thanks and sincere gratitude to Cass (and the team) at CPAP Direct in Ipswich for helping me find the right mask. She has gone out of her way to help me. Over the course of a month, I have tried a number of masks until I found the best one for me. Cass was professional, caring, helpful, and patient. "Thank you" to Cass.

I purchased a ResMed AirSense 11 Auto for $1,295 from the CPAP Direct Townsville store on Saturday, 20 June 2026.One of the main reasons I chose CPAP Direct was the advertised $100 voucher, as there were other suppliers offering the machine at a lower price. However, I was not made aware of any expiry date or limitations relating to the voucher at the time of purchase.
I believe it is the retailer's responsibility to clearly communicate any important terms and conditions, particularly expiry dates or redemption deadlines that may affect a customer's decision to purchase. Without clear communication, customers cannot reasonably be expected to know about these limitations.

I found very poor customer service at Mascot store. I was told that I could make another exchange on Resmed F20 if I found the mask& headgear ill fitting. So, now I am stuck with a full face mask and headgear that is uncomfortable to wear and pressure points around my eyes. I should have stuck to Fisher & Paykel Simplex headgear & mask. I will never shop there again

The Mascot branch allows potential customers to walk in without an appointment, nearby free parking was easy. Tim was the sales person who took care of us, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very satisfactorily and had a good sense of humor as a bonus. The equipment worked well as did the one of the masks provided for the trial. We bought the machine on the basis of the trial and Tim's advice. We are very happy with the whole experience.

From when I placed my order for a new water container and sealer for my CPAP machine, I received notifications of my order, when it was being despatched and within 2 days of placing my order, it had arrived.
