Be aware of sending money.

And again new day, new scams. I’m really starting to believe this is intentional. After 10 minutes of filling it out, I finally reach the end of the survey, where it clearly says: “You have completed the survey. Please finish by clicking SUBMIT.” But of course, the “Submit” button doesn’t work I can click it 100 times and nothing happens. And this is who knows how many times similar stuff has happened to me. When are you people going to stop scamming users?!

Do not waste your time on Clickworker and CPX Research. I completed a survey successfully, the system initially credited my earnings, and then suddenly — due to a forced 2FA login glitch on their end — the status changed to "Timed out" and my money was completely removed.
They make it impossible to get support for technical errors that are entirely their fault. Taking back earnings for completed work is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I have deleted my account and advise everyone to stay away from this unreliable platform.

I completed several tasks where they asked for photos and personal information with the promise of future payment. When the due date arrived, none of the tasks were paid for. It's a scam.

I registered for Clickworker and shortly afterwards my account was permanently closed. I contacted customer support asking for an explanation, but they simply told me that my profile “did not match their requirements” without explaining which requirement I supposedly failed to meet.
I asked again for clarification and was told that the decision was final and that any further messages regarding my account would automatically be closed without a reply.
I find this extremely disappointing and lacking in transparency. If a company permanently excludes someone from its platform, it should at least provide a clear reason. I wasted my time registering and contacting support without ever receiving an actual explanation.

I'm an experienced freelancer looking for extra work and pretty desperate (You know how the economy is). Made an account on Clickworker.
They declined me and would not tell me why. No feedback whatsoever. Reading the reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet...high fees, etc.
And yes, they have the right to do this, but I have the right to warn other freelancers that they do, in fact, deny for any reason or no reason at all.
To respond to the comment - their team already told me there was no appeal and I was not to communicate with them further.

This site as far as surveys goes is the worst, The way they pay and the fact that the surveys you take do not pay for a month is just awful. There are other survey companies where you get paid right away. Stay away from clickworker.

I was able to make some money on this platform. There are many errors in the app and most of notifications about tasks are about unavailable tasks.

CLICKWORKER is intentionally enabling Mychips in their Venture of Scamming innocent people on their platform who are all trying to make some extra cash by intentionally offering rewards they have no intention of paying people.
After an entire month of ridiculous hours spent on a Mychips offer Idle Soap ASMR Game, I have been completing each goal of the Mychips offerwall, i made sure to always go back to the offerwall after a goal was completed and check if it was timelessly tracking on the offerwall and it surely did. I eventually completed the entire game. Then all of a sudden on the 8th and final goal where the reward is something substantial which was Soap #40 with the reward €40 it then fails to track on the Mychips offerwall and release payment to Clickworker, which I my opinion and a matter of fact is highly suspicious to say the least. I then Google search my specific issue only to find out that their are many many more people who have suffered the exact same fate as I have, which leads me to believe CLICKWORKER and Mychips are intentionally withholding rewards they had no intention of paying out any way.I have been emailed directly from Mychips after opening a ticket with an automated looking response which follows:
"Thank you for contacting MyChips customer service!
Indeed, we see that you clicked on the offer, but certain levels have not been tracked.
Problems with tracking can have several causes, such as using a VPN, an unstable Internet connection, not downloading the app directly from our link, or if one has downloaded the app before.
In any case, we deeply apologize but we are unable to provide support in this situation. Kindly discontinue this offer."
Firstly I have never used a VPN, secondly I have quite a good internet connection which is Fibre WiFi, I have downloaded the app directly from their link and it has never been downloaded before, it's such a shame for a company to blame shift and issue that they never planned on resolving all together. I have PROOF I have completed the game they however seem to be turning off their tracking of certain goals they have no intention of paying in the first place.
CLICKWORKER if you are allowing your clients Mychips in blantly SCAMMING innocent people looking to make so extra cash to get through life, You are most definitely also apart of the problem since no repercussions have been taken again your client Mychips. Probably because both of you are sharing all the funds stolen from poor innocent victims. SHAME ON YOU!!!
I have done exactly that an open a support ticket number but have not been assisted any further, below is the email I have received from your team which stopped after my two reply emails, fix this issue please as it's extremely disheartening for CLICKWORKER to not solve problems I haven't created.
Support team email to me below:
"To assist you, we require the Workitem Number of the job.
If you are on the job now, you can see the Workitem Number at the top of the screen in the black bar. For a job you have completed, you can find it in your Work History.
Please notice:
If your issue is not solved at this point and you still need additional help or information, please reply directly to this ticket instead of opening a new one. Duplicate tickets will lead to an increased overall handling time.
Kind regards
Mohamed -MI- Clickworker Community Support"
My response 1
"I am New to clickworker and don't really know where the work item number is, but as I understand it doesn't show because I haven't been credited €40 for the final task completed from Mychips for the final goal of the Idle Soap ASMR Game I have completed Soap #40 but haven't been credited yet for the job completed as they are saying it stopped tracking.
Below are screenshots of a task completed but I seem to be misled by Mychips support emails stating it stopped tracking.
Please help me with my query as this is extremely frustrating as to why your platform is allowing your clients Mychips to rob workers for work being done."
My response 2
"Work item number

My Clickworker account (ID: 15920177) was permanently closed following a situation involving my parents' registrations, and I would like to explain exactly what happened.
Last week, I helped my father register his own Clickworker account so that he could work independently. After the registration, I realized that I had forgotten to use my referral link. Because of this, I deleted his account and later tried to register him again using my referral link. I now understand that deleting the first account and attempting another registration was a mistake and may have caused the activity to appear suspicious or look like duplicate account activity.
After that, I also helped my mother with the registration process for her own account so that she could work independently. Shortly afterward, problems occurred with their registrations, and my own existing Clickworker account was also permanently closed.
I understand that this sequence of registrations involving members of the same household may have triggered Clickworker's security systems. However, there was never any intention to create multiple accounts for myself or to circumvent Clickworker's rules. My father, my mother, and I are three different individuals, and each account was intended to belong to and be used independently by its respective person.
I contacted Clickworker Support through Ticket #1331024 and explained the situation honestly. I also offered to provide official identification documents for all three of us to verify that we are different individuals living in the same household.
I was informed that my account did not meet Clickworker's requirements, that it had been permanently closed, and that the decision was final. However, I was not given a specific explanation of which requirement my account failed to meet, nor was I given the opportunity to provide the identification documents I offered.
I recognize that helping with the registrations, particularly deleting my father's first account and attempting to register him again because of the referral link, was a mistake. I will not repeat it. I am not asking Clickworker to bypass its security rules. I am simply asking for a manual review of Ticket #1331024 and an opportunity to verify our identities and clarify what happened.
I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have my case reviewed and, if possible, to restore my original Clickworker account (ID: 15920177), where I had already been working.
Thank you,
Katrini Ribeiro

This organization engages in highly dubious and unsafe practices.
I was assigned tasks requiring me to open and test unverified, suspicious URLs on my personal device, which compromised my system and forced me to format my hard drive and reinstall Windows, and on top of that I didnt see a dime.
The operation appears designed solely to harvest sensitive identity data—including facial recognition data and official identification—under the guise of time-consuming, underpaid labor.

They just steal your data, and say you are not qualified or something even they don't have your cv or skill information maybe they judge you by your personal info like date of birth.

I filled in the application and signed up. Right after I put in my bank account numbers for them to pay to, I got an email that they were not interested in me and that I could not join clickworker.
What??? How bizarre they only knew my name, but they have my banking account numbers and that worries me quite a bit.
I have no idea what I should do to protect my bank information but I hope they’re on the up and up and my bank information is safe over.
