I processed my case with RA Herr Ochse. I had a trouble finding a lawyer who speaks English cuz my german is not good enough to understand all the difficult law-related words. I tried many different companies but they declined me. Mr. Ochse is really fluent in English and he explained me all the processes in English. His process is everything online, which you do not need to be on site to meet your lawyer. I found it really convenient and is certainly a modern way of processing the work. If you provide all the documents that he needs, you do not need to get stressed because Mr. Ochse processes everything. In the end, I got what I wanted and Mr. Ochse tried his best to give me a good result. I am super satisfied with his work. Additionally, cleverklagen supported me with 150€ and it helped me a lot.

It's my first time going through this kind of situation and Constantin was very competent and helpful. The only thing is that maybe during the whole process sometimes the communication or the explanation was a bit slow or unclear. However, considering that I didn't have any insurance and didn't have to pay anything in advance, this was more than okay. I'm beyond happy to have found this service! As an foreigner living in Germany I had no idea about the employment law and the rights I'm entitled to as an employee here. Thankfully, after my first consultation with Cleverklagen it became apparent that I had a good case.
