A few points for transparency: Lleida has very limited appointment availability for fingerprinting – three notifications in one week reflects the actual number of slots published by the official system, not a failure on our end. We notify every available appointment the moment it's detected, without delay.

Regarding the locations: our system surfaces all available offices in the province. If the slots appeared in offices further away, that's where availability existed – we can't generate appointments in locations that aren't publishing them.

The slots disappearing before booking is a known issue across all Spanish immigration appointments right now, driven by extremely high demand. We include screenshots with our alerts as proof that the appointments were real at the time of notification.

Unfortunately, slots for Spanish immigration appointments are booked by multiple users simultaneously and disappear within seconds. By the time you click through to the official site, they are often already taken – even with an immediate response.

This is a limitation of the government booking system, not our monitoring. We detect and alert as fast as technically possible.

The service was active and working as described, the challenge is that fingerprinting appointments in Valencia are booked by other users within seconds of being released, which is beyond our control.

We monitor the official government website and alert users the moment slots appear. We don't create the chaotic system, we exist precisely to help people navigate it.

Our system detected real appointments and alerted you as quickly as possible. The challenge is that by the time you entered the booking page, other users had already reserved them. This isn't a flaw in our monitoring—it's the reality of how oversaturated this particular appointment system currently is.

We are sorry to hear that. Our system found 38 appointments and sent notifications for them. If you didn’t receive one in time it usually means the slots were booked very quickly after appearing. Unfortunately this happens often with immigration appointments in Spain because many people and automated systems are trying to book them at the same time.

Our system continuously checks for new appointments and sends alerts as soon as they are detected but we cannot control how fast they disappear once they become available.
